After a long drive through the the subway, the door slides open as three of them exited the train. Lila poke her head out looking around. Luna and Five follows as they glanced around the area. Luna slowly stepped out of the train, looking around the area.
" yucko." Lila call out loud by the trash everywhere.
Five took out his notepad, immediately starts writing. Luna noticed Five was writing something she walked towards him, " what are you writing?"
Five noticed her, " taking notes. So we know when and where we are." Luna nods.
Then Lila walked over to them, mumbling. " dear diary, why do I always wear suits?" Both Five and Luna looked at her, then she hummed and shrugs.
Luna shook her head, looking around the area. Feeling a little scared as she holds Five's arm. Continue writing the points to follow if they get lost.
Lila shrugs. She told Five, " what are you doing?"
" leaving bread crumbs. It's a broken vending machine. Stain on the floor in the shape of Australia. Three burnt out light bulbs." Five pointed out the spots.
" poetic." Lila hummed.
" at least we know where to if we get lost." Luna spoke.
" let's not hope on it." Five added to the information.
" where do you reckon we end up?" Lila questioned him.
Three of them, went towards the exit. Five answered, " my guess is back in gene and jeans apartment. Same day, same time, different timeline."
" different timeline. I knew it." Lila answered to him.
Once they were out of the subway they hear flames smoldering. Five Luna and Lila noticed buildings were gone and destroyed. Lila at Five sarcasticlly, " shows what you know." Lila glanced around, " you must have jumped forward, ahead of time, to the end of the world."
Luna saw the buildings and cars were destroyed. Noticing the ashes coming from the sky, landing on the ground. Luna spoke to Five, confused. " maybe she's right. Five, are you sure? Because I don't see any familiar places."
" no, no, no. We haven't jumped anywhere." Five told the girls. Trying to figure out where they are. " we are not moving forwards or backwards through time. We're just going to alternate versions of now." Five look towards them, " this is gene jeans apartment--"
Five then give a second look around have a very familiar feeling. As he noticed similarities, " I've been here before."
