When they got to the fast food place Haley got a phone call discussing Paisley's birthday party later that day. Then all of a sudden there was a loud noise, people screaming, and blood, a lot of blood.
Haley turned around to see a person on the ground, head blown right off and baby Paisley covered in blood. She grabbed Paisley and tried to run back to her car when she saw a big light flash before her eyes and a tall gray-haired woman appeared, two men stood behind her.
That was the last thing Haley saw before everything turned black and she woke up back in her house, any trace of a baby gone into thin air along with her memories. She turned on the tv to start her morning routine, the news flashing on the screen.
"Breaking news! Local Mcdonalds goes up in flames with people inside." The man on the news says, showing pictures of the restaurant.
"Damn...I hope everyone is okay." Haley mumbles to herself as she makes herself breakfast.

To make the ages make sense and make it safe to make smut scenes, the ages of the main character will be 18, born in 2005 and it'll be present time so 2024. Five would be 18 when he disappeared instead of 13, so he is 18 in this book. Also, it will explain why Paisley was born in a different year just wait ;).
