The chaos of Lifesteal SMP Season 6 was far from over. With Spoke leaving the call, the group dynamics felt lighter, but the competitive energy in the air was still intense. After a while of gathering resources and chatting, the three of us—Ro, Jumper, and I—realized we needed to step up our game if we wanted to survive the madness that was sure to follow.

I took a moment to glance at the clock. We had been live for nearly five hours. Despite the fatigue beginning to set in, adrenaline was still pumping through my veins. This was the Lifesteal SMP, where every second could be your last, and every decision could either lead to victory or disaster.

"Okay, so what's next on our to-do list?" I asked, finally tearing my eyes away from the stream chat to refocus on the game. My inventory was packed with food, materials, and some early-game iron armor, but I knew the first few days were crucial for setting up a solid base. The pace had been relentless, but I loved every second of it.

Ro chimed in, his voice focused and steady. "We need to establish a base soon, but not too close to spawn. Something hidden, maybe underground. What do you think?"

Jumper hummed in agreement. "Yeah, definitely underground. We should also set up some traps around it—just in case anyone tries to pull a fast one on us."

I nodded, quickly scanning the landscape for a suitable place to set up. "Alright, let's head deeper into the forest. We'll find a spot to start digging down and fortify ourselves before people come by here."

As we ran through the dense trees, the pixelated leaves rustling around us, my stream chat continued to explode with comments, predictions, and jokes about the previous encounter with Spoke. Some fans were still shipping us, and I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity.

Chat:

User1987: Spoke x Av = best duo???

PixelPanda: LMAO SHE BLUSHING

EpicGamer123: Focus, Av, focus!!

I shook my head at the comments and turned to Ro and Jumper, trying to ignore the growing heat in my cheeks. "Okay, guys, we need to pick up the pace before the next wave of players shows up. Let's dig down here and start setting up a hidden base. We can't risk getting caught out in the open."

The next half-hour was filled with the repetitive but necessary tasks of digging, placing torches, and expanding the underground base. Ro and Jumper took turns building walls and securing our entrance while I scouted aboveground to make sure no one was following us.

"Alright, we're good for now," Ro said, stepping back to admire the small but efficient base we had carved out. "We've got chests for storage, enough space to expand, and a secret exit if things go south."

I let out a breath of relief and smiled at the camera, wiping some imaginary sweat off my brow for effect. "Not too bad for day one, chat! We're safe... for now." My viewers flooded the chat with excitement, celebrating our mini-success.

But we all knew this was just the beginning.

As we sat in the base, taking a brief moment to regroup and plan, another ping from Discord startled us. I looked over and saw a familiar name join the call.

"Yo, what's up, everyone?" It was Poafa, one of the returning players for this season. His voice was laid-back, as usual, but I knew better than to underestimate him. Poafa had a reputation for being chill—until it was time to strike. Then he could be deadly.

"Poafa! What's good?" I said, smiling at the unexpected visit. My viewers were already reacting in chat, some predicting he might be joining us, others warning me that I should be cautious.
