The prospect of facing Mr. Ji again filled him with dread, but he knew he had no choice. The man had a grip on his life, one that tightened with every passing day. Yoongi's thoughts raced as he replayed the conversation with Jungkook in his head.

Why did I have to push him away? he thought. Why didn't I just tell him the truth? But the fear of endangering Jungkook kept him silent.

As night fell, Yoongi found himself standing in front of Mr. Ji's house, his heart pounding in his chest. The street was eerily quiet, the only sound being the rustling leaves swaying in the wind. He took a deep breath and knocked on the door, feeling a mix of anxiety and determination.

Mr. Ji opened the door, his expression shifting from surprise to a smirk as he took in Yoongi's tense demeanor. "You came," he said, stepping aside to let Yoongi in. "I knew you would."

Yoongi felt a shiver run down his spine as he stepped over the threshold. The air inside was thick with an unsettling energy, one that left him feeling exposed and vulnerable. He followed Mr. Ji into a dimly lit living room where the tension felt almost palpable.

"Sit down," Mr. Ji commanded, gesturing to the sofa. Yoongi obeyed, his heart racing as he waited for whatever was to come next.

"You're looking a little stressed, Yoongi," Mr. Ji said, casually leaning against the wall. "Is it because of Jungkook?"

Yoongi's breath hitched. "I told you I don't want anything to do with you," he replied, trying to sound braver than he felt.

Mr. Ji chuckled darkly. "You really think you can just walk away? This is about more than just you and me, kid. You have responsibilities. You know what happens when people don't understand their place."

Yoongi clenched his fists, anger bubbling beneath the surface. "I'm not afraid of you anymore. You can't control me."

"Ah, but I can," Mr. Ji said, his smile widening. "You think I don't know everything about you? Your family, your friends... I have eyes everywhere. You think you're protecting Jungkook by pushing him away? You're only making it worse."

"Leave him out of this," Yoongi shot back, his voice rising. "He has nothing to do with you."

Mr. Ji stepped closer, invading Yoongi's personal space again. "But he does, and you know it. I can make things very difficult for him if you don't play nice. Just imagine how it would feel if something happened to him because of you. You wouldn't want that on your conscience, would you?"

The threat hung in the air, suffocating. Yoongi's heart raced, his mind racing. He felt trapped, like a pawn in a game he never wanted to play.

"I won't let you hurt him," Yoongi said, voice trembling with fury and fear. "I'd do anything to protect him."

Mr. Ji's expression turned serious, and he leaned in closer, his voice a low whisper. "Then you know what you have to do. I want you to keep me happy. You know we have a good time together... I want you to continue seeing me. It'll be our little secret."

Yoongi recoiled at the implication, disgust filling him. "You think I would ever want that? You're sick."

Mr. Ji's eyes narrowed. "You're playing a dangerous game, Yoongi. You could lose everything. I just want to help you. Let me show you how easy it can be if you just cooperate."

Yoongi stood up and removed his jacket before taking the elders hand and guiding him to the bedroom.

As he led Mr. Ji to the bedroom, Yoongi felt a mix of anger and revulsion. The man's presence felt like a poison, tainting everything good in Yoongi's life. He forced himself to focus, to push down the urge to flee, knowing that any sign of weakness would only embolden Mr. Ji.
