Christine was flipping through all of her wedding binders one last time. It had been almost three months since Erik proposed. She couldn't be happier, and also couldn't be any more stressed. The wedding was in a week and Erik had asked if she'd wanted help with anything, but of course, she said no. The thought of marrying Erik gave her butterflies every time she thought about it, yet she couldn't help but feel a little nervous. Things always went wrong when they were trying to have nice moments together. Just thinking about the fact that she'd barely heard from William in three months gave her goosebumps. Something was about to happen, but she just hoped it wouldn't be on her big day.

"Christine, love, can I come in?" Erik called from the door.

She mumbled some response and he opened the door.
"How's it going?"

"Our wedding is going to be perfect. The venue, the band, the caterer and the officiant are all booked."

"That's great, angel."

Christine nodded, pushing her glasses up and wrote more notes down for their wedding.

"Christine?"

"Yeah?" She said, not looking up.

"Christine." Erik said, taking her hands and moving her chin to face him.

She sighed and rested her head on his shoulder.

"It's going to be perfect no matter what. You need to relax."

Christine nodded and he kissed her head.

"Love, we didn't discuss the honeymoon." Christine gasped.

"I have it all booked." Erik said, smiling.

Christine smiled back. She was marrying the most amazing man. Erik kissed her head again and patted her thigh.

"You can get back to your work but just remember, it's going to be perfect no matter what."

Christine pursed her lips and leaned down to continue writing notes for the wedding.

"Where the fuck is the officiant?" Christine asked, dabbing her head with napkins.

"He's not coming." Gustave said.

"WHAT?" Christine shrieked.

Christine started to hyperventilate.

"I'm coming in!" Nadir said, covering his eyes.

He slowly uncovered his eyes and nearly teared up at the sight. Christine was standing there, her hair pinned up into a gorgeous updo with small flowers covering her curls. Her dress hugged her frame and cascaded down her back, a beautiful ivory dress that fell tightly over her shoulders and chest, creating the perfect outline of her body. Nadir smiled softly, and hugged her deeply.

"You look beautiful." He said, into her hair.

"The wedding can't happen if nobody officiates it!" Christine started to cry.

"What happened?" Nadir asked.

"He has an emergency family funeral today." Gustave said.

"Nobody could cover for him?" Nadir asked.

Gustave shrugged. Nadir looked at Christine, tears in her eyes. He sighed.

"I can sign up online right now." He said.

Christine's eyes brightened.

"You would do that?" She asked, quietly.

"You're family. Of course I would."
