"I get so lonelyyyy." Nilan sang loudly in the store while dramatically sliding down an invisible wall. Zaire and Ever stared at her until they decided to ignore her. "I knew y'all didn't care about me."
"You so dramatic. You just like mama." Zaire said with a chuckle.
"Mama can't sing like me though. I know I sounded good singing Janet...shoot probably sounded just like her." Nilan said shrugging.
"Delusional." Ever said through a fake cough, making Zaire laugh loudly.
"I hope Tiara has a terrible time with you on Valentine's day and Z...you barely got a Valentines so delusion that." She walked off and they stood there with their lips tucked in.
"For 13 her mouth on 27. She need a whoopin." Zaire said and Ever chuckled.
The three of them were in the store getting gifts for their valentines. Zaire and Za'Niyah were just friends but he still wanted to do something for her, but nothing too extra since they just started talking. Ever was going all out for his girlfriend Tiara since this would be their first Valentines together. And Nilan, she didn't have a valentine so she was just tagging along to be a hater and get out the house.
"Damn bro you doing it big for T." Zaire said as he pushed the buggy that was halfway full.
"That's my baby man." Ever smiled.
"Black love...I love to see it. If she ever play you let me know first cause once NiNi find out she gon beat the poor girl unconscious." They both laughed because they knew it was true. Nilan wasn't afraid to hit anybody if she felt disrespected or if someone disrespected her brothers. She was the youngest but she acted like their bodyguard's.
They pushed the buggy around the store to find Nilan and stopped once they saw her near the records in the electronics department.
"Look y'all!!" Nilan picked up the vinyl of Chris's Exclusive album.
"That nigga was ugly." Zaire said.
"Nigga you look just like him!!" Ever said and laughed loudly. Nilan laughed loudly too and put the vinyl in the cart. "And who paying for that?"
"Y'all can atleast buy me this since I don't have a valentines. Don't do me wrong." Ever looked at Zaire and Zaire furrowed his eyebrows.
"I'm not paying for it." Zaire said.
"You the oldest, Z. You got to pay for it, that's sibling law." Ever snickered and shrugged his shoulders while pushing the cart to the front. Before they got to the register, Zaire stopped them.
"Wait. We should get something for mama while we here. It'll make her happy." Ever and Nilan smiled and nodded their heads. They went back into the aisles and picked up things they knew their mom would like before returning back to the register to pay for everything.
"$200?!?! What the hell we g-Ouch!! " Nilan yelled when Ever pinched her arm.
"Stop cussing lil girl, we not gon tell you that nomo." Ever said sternly.
