Miliani could not help the way her fingers tightened around his broad shoulder as Daniel walked smoothly towards the runway with Mili in his arms. In his other free hand, he held a lightened cigar whereas Mili's legs hung limply as a reminder of how thoroughly he had taken her, how deeply he had been inside her.

They already ran late due to Mili's deep slumber out of exhaustion and her slow pace of getting done with everything. Daniel's patience was already fighting to hold onto its existence when Mili slowly limped behind him after getting out of the car past the terminal. That's why he pulled her up casually bringing themselves towards the assigned jet.

At a near distance, Lorenzo and Antonio could be seen standing wrapped in their tall stature and utmost authority, whereas, behind them, other family members stood awaiting them. The vivid memory of how Daniel kissed her on the lips in front of everyone was enough to make the girl in his tight hold jittery out of raw embarrassment; now, making a late entry clad in his arms would be earth-swallowing for her.

She wriggled and fiddled with his shirt from uneasiness.

"Easy," Daniel murmured in his low, commanding voice, though her struggles were not contributing any to make him budge.

"Put me down," she demanded in her soft but insistent tone earning an intense gaze from him. She quickly added a ''please'' to decorate her recent demand.

"Put you down?" He echoed. His lips curved into a slow, teasing smile as he took in a drag from his cigar, exhaling a plume of smoke; he queried, "And what will you do then, little dove? Kiss the ground?"

Mili's face suddenly grew hotter, realising that he was aware and revelling in the aftermath of his doings on her body, even though, she tried her best to act normal. To carry on with her act, she insisted, "I - I can walk."

Daniel's smile widened listening to her voice fumbling. Tilting his head a little, he whispered teasingly against her ear, "Sure, you can." He shifted her slightly in his arms, holding her closer and tightening his hold on her waist.
