Back at the station the once quiet and organised layout room has become a hub of activity, with officers, detectives, analysts and techs all in and out of the room. Maya was busily barking instructions to anyone in her general vicinity.
"EVERYONE! LISTEN UP!" She yells loudly, causing a halt to the rushed activity going on. Once satisfied she has everyones undivided attention she continues. "I want ALL traffic cam footage from EVERY access road to Station 19, I want surrounding offices, apartments, businesses contacted to see if you can get their footage." She pauses.
"Herrera, get a tech team ready for analysis. I want Adams, Correy and Fox - they are the best. Get them here now." She demands. Andy nods, knowing it's the right call anyway but hell even if it wasn't she isn't sure she would challenge Maya right now.
Turning to Jack and Dean she continues. "Gibson, Miller. Set up a team of uniforms to perform patrols around the area." She pauses, rubbing her temples and squeezing her eyes shut, sighing. "This guy does not keep his victims alive for long." She looks at her watch. "She has been gone for 65 minutes. We have to work quickly."
Maya then turns to some of the tech analysts in the room. "Jimmy, I need you to lead the tech team. I want EVERYTHING we have on Klein. Friends, family, property ownership, links to crime, if he has as much as a parking ticket from when he was at college I want to know. Got it?!" She asks.
"Yes Detective." Jimmy says solemnly. Out of all of the people in the room he has probably spent the most time with Carina next to Maya and Andy through the constant call reviews when she was still on air. And what's more he liked her, they chatted on breaks and over donuts in the kitchen. Now this sick bastard has her. "We have to find her." He whispers to Maya as they make eye contact.
The blond detective swallows the lump in her throat, blinking back tears as she nods.
"I want updates every 15 minutes!" Maya says walking towards the door, before turning back yelling. "OK PEOPLE GET TO WORK." As she briskly walks out of the room. Andy watches her go knowing she needs a minute.
Maya stumbles quickly through the hallways, tears burning her eyes and blurring her vision, breathing ragged, as she clatters through the bathroom door catching herself on the sink for support tears stream down her face, ragged uneven breaths sticking in her throat as she struggles to take in oxygen.
Her hands grip the sides of the sink, her head bowed as her shoulders shake with violent sobs for the next 30 seconds. Before she takes a long breath in straightening up and looking at herself in the mirror, whispering out. "You have to do this, you have to pull it together if you want to find her."
She grabs a couple of paper towels dabbing her eyes and blowing her nose, before splashing her face with water and patting it dry. She looks up at herself once more and whispers. "Get it together Bishop." Before standing straight and striding out of the bathroom.
Entering the layout room again her eyes immediately find the concerned gaze of her friend and partner. Andy quickly mouths to her 'you ok?' Maya gives her a tight smile and subtle nod before mouthing back 'thanks'.

An hour later they are building up a picture. "OK EVERYONE I WANT AN UPDATE." Maya says turning to the tech team. "Jimmy - CCTV and traffic cam update." She demands.
Jimmy nods. "We have several angles of the van leaving the parking lot, heading out onto west avenue, before hanging a right down Main Street. We were able to trace it for 15 blocks before he took a right on Union where there are no traffic cams towards the water." He tells her.
