As Yuri stepped out of the bathroom in her comfortable clothes, a soft knock on her door caught her attention. Opening it, she found Woozi standing there.

"Oh, Woozi, do you need something?" she asked with a curious look.

He shook his head lightly. "Not really. I was just going for a walk when Seungcheol told me to let you know that we’re having guests tomorrow for lunch. So, be prepared."

"Guests?" Yuri raised an eyebrow. "Who?"

"Someone we have business with," Woozi replied cryptically, giving nothing more away. She nodded in understanding.

As he turned to leave, she hesitated for a moment before calling out, "Oh, do you want some company on your walk?"

Woozi paused, glancing back. "Sure, if you want to join."

"Great! Just give me a second to grab my slippers," she said, quickly slipping them on.

Once she was ready, they both headed out together for the walk, the night air cool and refreshing as they stepped outside. As they both settled on a bench in the park, the soft hum of the evening surrounding them, Woozi leaned back and casually asked, "So, how’s everything going with making everyone friends?"

Yuri smiled, glancing at him. “They’re easier than I thought.”

Woozi chuckled. “It’s easy because it’s you.”

She returned his smile, feeling warm at the compliment. After a brief pause, he asked, “Any favorites?”

She laughed softly. “I’m not picking favorites, but to be honest with you… Jeonghan, Joshua, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Minghao, DK, Seungkwan, and Vernon are really soft to handle. They’re just... easygoing.”

Woozi raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “And the others?”

“Jun, Hoshi, and Dino are a little harder to manage," she admitted. "They’ve got their own energy that’s a bit harder to keep up with. And Scoups…” She sighed. “He seems impossible.”

Woozi smirked. “And me?”

Yuri looked at him thoughtfully before answering, “You… you’re different. Woozi you are my best friend .” She smiled playfully.

Woozi's eyes softened, and he glanced at the ground before replying, “I think you’re doing just fine.”

Yuri turned to him, her gaze soft and filled with gratitude. "Thank you, Woozi... You’ve never said anything bad to me and always tried to help me understand what’s going on. If you hadn’t told me that day to understand them and give a chance, I don’t think I would’ve thought about it myself."

Woozi looked at her, surprised by her words. His usual reserved demeanor softened further, and for a moment, the tension of the day seemed to fade.

"I'm glad you did," Woozi replied, his voice quiet but sincere. "They needed someone like you here. You brought a different energy... and maybe, in some way, they needed that as much as you needed to give them a chance."

Yuri smiled, feeling a deeper sense of connection with him. "I guess we all needed each other."

As time passed, the night deepened, and the quiet sounds of their footsteps echoed in the hallways as Yuri and Woozi returned to their respective rooms. They exchanged a brief nod before parting ways, both feeling a sense of calm after their walk. A small smile crept onto her face as she recalled how far things had come. She slipped under the covers, the warmth of the night settling over her as she drifted off to sleep.
