Shivani Pov:

He dragged me outside the mansion and made me sit in the car. He started driving the car at full speed, and I could feel his anger radiating in the car. He was clenching the steering wheel tightly, and I was worried about him. I don't know from where I gained the courage suddenly to raise my hand and place it on his hand on the wheel.

He looked at my hand for a few seconds before looking at me, and that's all I found my courage flying out of the car window. like magic, I lost my confidence when I met his gaze. Trying to ease the tension, I said, "Look at the road and drive slowly. I still have a bucket list to complete," while removing my hand. "Don't worry, I'm a good driver," he replied confidently. I raised my eyebrow saying, "You should let others praise you sometimes." "Okay, praise me," I looked at him with disbelief he looked at me and again said "come on, praise me" he demanded like a kid asking for candy. I just shook my head and replied, "I will praise you when I want to."

He responded, "This is why I praise myself." We both stared at each other for a few seconds and then burst out laughing at our conversation. It was the first time I had seen him so relaxed, as he always controlled his emotions. Then, I got a crazy idea and asked, "Wanna have ice cream?" "Right now?" he questioned. "Yeah," I replied. "But it's cold outside," he pointed out. "So?" I replied obliviously. "You'll catch a cold," he warned. "So?" "u will fall ill"  I rolled my eyes. "Seriously! I didn't know catching a cold and falling ill are two different things," he looked at me in disbelief. "So, yes or no?" I persisted.

"What if I say no?" he asked while looking straight ahead. "I will go and have ice cream by myself," I told him. He signed and said, "Okay." He then tapped on the screen and opened Google Maps, saying, "Enter the name of the shop you want to get ice cream from." I closed Google Maps and said, "No need to go to a shop, just stop if you see an ice cream stall." "It's fine, I can drive. Just tell me the name of the shop you like." "I like to get ice cream from the stalls outside, especially Cornetto ice cream," I informed him, but he just shook his head.

Thinking that he didn't like the idea, I decided I would just get it after going home. Suddenly, he stopped the car beside the road, and I looked at him with confusion. He turned towards me and pointed at the Cornetto ice cream stall beside us. "Even though I think an ice cream shop would be better, I won't let you go out alone to eat ice cream. Tell me which ice cream you want," he stated. I turned towards him, smiled brightly, and said, "Butterscotch."

He kept staring at me, and I asked, "What?" Suddenly, he turned the other way, rolled down the window, and ordered two butterscotch ice creams. He paid for the ice cream, and as he gave me mine, I instantly unwrapped it and started eating. He chuckled as he looked at me, but I ignored him, as nothing could come between me and my food. While we were halfway through eating the ice cream, he suddenly asked, "Why aren't you asking anything?" I stopped eating and looked at him. He was looking at the ice cream he had half-eaten.

I asked, "Are you comfortable sharing if I asked you?" He continued looking at the ice cream and I got my answer. I sighed and said, "It's fine if you don't want to share." "Are you not curious?" he asked. "I am," I replied, to which he commented, "Then why are you not asking?" I told him, "I don't want you to feel forced to discuss something that you're not comfortable sharing just because we're in a fake relationship."

"So, you don't care because it's a fake relationship?" he asked. I was taken aback by his question. "It's not that I..." He interrupted, "If this happens in your real relationship, you wouldn't ask him anything either." I looked at him, confused by his sudden change in behavior.I closed my eyes and recalled his conversation with his family members, maybe unknowingly I triggered something, and that's why he is behaving like this. so, I took a deep breath before opening my eyes and looked at him and said softly, holding his hand and turning him towards me."I don't know what you're thinking, but in a real or fake relationship, I wouldn't force someone to share something they're uncomfortable sharing. I care about you, but I don't want you to feel forced. I want you to feel comfortable sharing with me whenever you're ready. Until then, I can wait" he also looked at me but softly this time I smiled at him "See, if I didn't care about you, why would I ask you to have ice cream with me?" I said, eyeing the ice cream in his hand.
