Sharath Pov:

I have successfully completed every contract except for this. This s the first contract one that I am withdrawing from. It's interesting part is I am actually happy to do so.  As I was contemplating this, I heard a knock on the door and Ramu entered. I could tell from his expression that the woman's company was no longer an issue. He brought good news, and I told him he would receive a bonus.

I worked for two hours, anticipating a call I needed to take, and then left. This time, they will understand not to mess with Shivani. As expected, I received the call, quickly ended it, and texted them to expect my return. After that, I went to meet Shivani as usual. Her smile always brightens my day. "Shivani, wrap up your work. I have some business outside. Go home, and I will call you after I am done." "Okay," she said.

I walked towards her, pulled her by her hand, placed a kiss on her forehead, and stayed like that for a few movements. I will not let anything or anyone hurt my girl. I moved back and cupped her face, "Wait for my call," and she nodded her head cutely. I couldn't help but peck her forehead again before leaving hurriedly because if I stayed there for any longer I would not be able to go.

I am happy that she is giving me a chance and is comfortable with me, my shy little girl. When she nodded her head while blushing I almost ate her cheeks. With her thoughts, I reached the mansion. All are sitting there. As soon as I entered, that woman came towards me, running and holding my hand, saying," My company went bankrupt. Find out who did it and finish him, and before that, bring my company back."

"Are you ordering me?" I asked, realizing my hand was from her grip, and went to the sofa and sat there. "No, no, I am just saying someone is targeting us." "Targeting us or targeting you?" "What do you mean targeting me means targeting Raavi's family? You need to teach them a lesson." She asked desperately. "What if they are also Raavi?"

"What are you talking about?" I just stared at her, "Uh, it's you, right, "how dare you? How dare you do something like that?" I continued staring at her. "Why did you do that? We were fine? We were like," "You should have thought that before trying to hurt my fiance." "So this is because of that bi-" "Finish the sentence; next second, I will finish you," I shouted at her; she shivered under my gaze and went to my father.

"Look how he is talking." "You should have thought that before," he said, and left from there like nothing mattered for him. She became furious and shouted, "I shouldn't have given birth to a bastard like you." Even though I knew she didn't like me It still hurt me; maybe a little bit, but I didn't show it on my face and said, "You did it because of your profit." "And that profit is my company, you bastard."

"You are pathetic." "No, you are pathetic because you don't even know who your father is, because you are a bastard." Without replying, I went towards the door and said, still looking at the door, "Even if I want or not, you are the one who gave birth to me, so I am silent when you talk about me, but don't even think to harm Shivani because next time it's not the company that will disappear." I walked outside took my car and parked it near Shivani's apartment, where I could see her balcony.

I badly want to see her, and at the same time, I don't want to drag her into my family mess; she deserves much better who can give her a complete family, not a broken guy like me. I was in my thoughts when my phone rang, and it was my baby. How did she know when I needed her? Without wasting time, I picked up the call. "Hello," "what are you doing?" She asked,

"Nothing." I said, staring at her apartment, "Really?" "Yes." "Where are you?" "Where are you?" "Somewhere." "O really, is that somewhere downstairs of my apartment?" she asked while coming into her balcony. "Are you okay?" She asked when I was silent, "Yes." She signed, "Come up, Sharath." "Uh," "are you deaf? Come upstairs now," and she cut the call. Only she can do it to me. I thought and went upstairs, thinking now what is she up to?
