chapter 29: first date part 2

Author's POV:

As they were peacefully having their meal, specifically each other's cooking . There was that unspoken words which were got exchanged with their eyes. Those moments were pretty much everything to them. When seojun was almost done with dinner , he saw that tahreem was eating very slowly so he asked her..

" Why aren't you eating properly? Didn't you like the food, want me to order something else? " He asked worriedly to which tahreem smiled and said " It's perfect and I am eating. I know I am fat but I don't eat like a pig. " Just to tease him, she said playfully. Seojun narrowed his eyes at the pig comment and said" What I have said about body shaming urself.. U want me punish you darling , hmm? Don't make me angry.... Btw those burgers were bomb, damn I am lucky to have you. " He said licking the leftover sauce on his fingers. He finished two burgers and very lil of the noodles. Tahreem rolled her eyes at the mention of punishment. But she was really impressed with his cooking skills. The chowmein tasted like it was restaurant made. She knew that seojun can cook but this tasty, was surprising to her.

" Honestly , I was nervous bcz I knew u cook too, I thought maybe u wouldn't like my cooking but hearing all the praise I am kind of relieved. I am lucky to have you too, the chowmein is soo good u know.. For a second I thought I am eating in a Chinese restaurant. Thank you for making such delicious food. " She said taking an other bite of the noodles. Seojun felt really good after hearing that from her. The feeling of proud took his body...

" The pleasure is all mine , my love. " He said with the big smile. Tahreem returned the same smile. As he was finished with the food he stood up to bring some coke and strawberry lemonade for her. Putting the lemonade in front of her he sat with her.

" I figured the food was spicy so I thought to bring something sweet for a drink, is strawberry lemonade good for you or wanna have anything else? there are a lot of soft drinks in the fridge. " He said, drinking the coke.

" Nope, it's good, thank you. " She said and took a sip... And took one last bite of noodles. She ate only one burger and half plate of noodles as they were really tasty... So after finished eating, she kept drinking the lemonade. She felt his eyes on her so she looked at him back. He smiled when she locked her eyes with him...

" U must be thinking that I didn't take you to a fancy place like a typical a date but here . " He said, getting all serious to which she sat properly, putting the lemonade back on the table, she turned to his side and said " And why would I think like that when ur home is one of the fanciest place I have ever seen. "

" No, seriously. I know u must have had that thought but I wanted to clear that up . The reason I didn't take you somewhere out for our first date.. If I would have take you to some restaurant, we wouldn't be sitting peacefully like now... Everyone's eyes would have been on us and next morning our photos would be circulating all over the internet and I don't want to take ur freedom. Not for now until u say yes.... And to be honest , for a long time I have imagined you in my home and finally seeing you here with me, is something I couldn't be grateful enough. So I hope u understand why I have decided to bring you here.. But next time u choose the place ok..! " He said seriously while tahreem was just looking at the most caring guy she had ever seen. She was listening and at the same time she was thanking the God to gave her such loving person.

Hearing his last lines, she happily said " I know and I get it.. How chaotic that would have been. It's totally fine with me. Don't worry and u are right I would not have comfortable there . BTW I love it here. Show me the whole apartment I am curious now... Surprise me!. "

" Sure, come with me . " He said excitedly.. And began to show her around.. The apartment had 4 bedrooms attached bath , 2 with balcony, kitchen with dinning area ,spacious drawing room and gym area... He showed around expect his bedroom which was last. So he began to take her there... Entering the room , tahreem looked around, with seojun behind she saw that this room was slightly different from others. This one has a slightly simple touch yet it was elegant . It was captivating, specially the balcony , she couldn't resist anymore and went there... Seojun followed her behind.
