Aryll's POV:
After glaring at me for a while, Link finally gave up. He just returned to his food, with a red face, what I assume was anger and embarrassment.  Zelda seemed just embarrassed, not really angry.

I mean, they did want me to treat her normally, and this was normal. There was a little voice saying, 'Tread carefully or you might get beheaded!' I mostly ignored it, but it still didn't go away. Then, there was what sounded like a puppy whining outside the door.

"Oh Hylia, the dog!" Zelda said, running and throwing the door open. She stayed in the doorway, murmuring how sorry she was to something. I guessed it was a dog, considering she just loudly exclaimed about a dog.

"You got a dog? You do know the implications, right?" I whispered over the table. I did want them together, but they would have to keep it a secret, so he didn't get beheaded. "It's not really my dog..." he trailed off with a red face.

"Link, can you help with your dog?" Zelda called. "Not your dog, huh?" I asked with a smirk. He grumbled and walked over. I'm sure my brother wouldn't mind me taking some of his food. Just as I was plucking a piece of food, he came back.

"Hands. Off. My. Food." He said with a stern glare. "Ok, ok!" I said, he really did mind. I mean, he always was picky about food, and got angry when I took a tiny bite. "I will throw another rock at you" he said. "Another?" Zelda questioned.

"I tapped her with a small pebble and she cried!" He said, almost like he was defending himself in court. "First off, I was six, of course I started crying. Second off, you used your entire body to throw it, and it was bigger than your hand!" I said, destroying all his claims in five seconds.

He just rolled his eyes and continued eating. "We should be leaving," he announced. "No, you haven't visited in six months may I remind you! I need some help with the horses, and you're going to help me!" I said, briskly walking it him and grabbing his elbow.

"Ugh, fine," he grumbled. "You love Epona so much, why not my horse?" I asked with a mock sad smile. "Your horse hates me!" He fired at me. "You always insult him!" I fired back. Zelda gave a small giggle. "I hate you," he grumbled.

"I love you too, now come on!" I said, walking out the door. When we got out there, my horse, Cloud, did not look particularly happy to see him. He was giving him a death stare, in fact. Link stared back, and they had an unspoken staring contest.

Link won when he kicked up dirt into Cloud's face. "Link!" Me and Zelda scolded, at the same time too. Cloud would get his revenge later, I knew it. Link just smirked. "For that, you get to clean his stable," I said with satisfaction. It was hilarious to see his confident smirk turn into a defeated grumble.

After about an hour of Link cleaning his stall, Cloud enacted his revenge. Just as Link finished and walked out, Cloud... how do I put this? I think the words 'used the restroom' should work. Zelda and I giggled uncontrollably.

"While Link finishes this, Zelda you should come shopping with me!" I said excitedly. "Alright, that does sound enjoyable, I'd love to!" Zelda said with a giddy smile. "Great, you go shopping and I clean up horse poop, just great." Link said.

"You'll be fine" I dismissed with a wave. He gave a disgruntled stare before returning to his new pile of work. I grabbed Zelda's hand and began to drag her across the bridge to the shop. "So" I said slowing down, "where should we go first?"

She slowed down, well not really as I had been dragging her along, she was not running of her own accord. "Well, where do you need to go?" She asked politely. "The dye shop and the East Wind" I said. "Dye shop?" She asked surprised.
