Revali's POV:
I felt dead. Sure the new tech was kinda cool, but it was still boring. Every time I closed my eyes, all I could see were those bright, magenta feathers. How badly I yearned to talk to her, instead of doing whatever this was. As I sat there, face in wing, it hit me that if this tech kept advancing, I'd be out of a job!

"If this tech puts me out of a job, you will not like what happens next," I said. Purah and Robbie turned around to look at me. "You'll be fine, you really didn't do much anyway..." Purah said. "Excuse me?! What did you do during the Calamity?!" They really didn't do, like anything.

"Oh nothing, just analyzed Terrako to find out what we could do to stop the Calamity, and then we just constructed a death machine and defeated hordes of enemies. It really wasn't all that special," Purah said sarcastically. I glared at her for what felt like the 80th time that day.

"When do we even start the process anyway?" Urbosa said, stepping forward. "When they return, of course!" Robbie said. "So, it's just decided? That easy?" I asked. "I mean, do you have a better time?" I suppose he was right, and that was a rare occurrence.

I didn't respond. He took that as a no. "Didn't think so!" Hylia he was cocky. "What do we do in the mean time then?" Mipha asked. "Help with our research!" Purah said. "I'd rather jump off a cliff," I mean, I wasn't lying. I may have
stretched and exaggerated a tiny bit.

Ten minutes later we were all running around, papers in our hands, yelling across the lab, and lots of groaning. If you listened for about five seconds, you'd hear at least one groan. What were we doing?  We were organizing their asininely awful drawers.

We had to organize each by type, meaning we had to read every single document. Fortunately, it was over quickly. We also didn't run into any thing that no one would really want to read. I am grateful for that, and an example for what you didn't what to find was, perhaps a love letter!

The idea terrified me. I don't believe this idea was specific to me, as everyone made a face every time they started to read a new page. Or they were just annoyed at having to do the researchers dirty work.

We finally finished 25 minutes after that.

"Well now what?" I asked everyone. We were sitting at the table. "More help-" Purah tried to start. "How about telling stories about Zelda's personal life that I should definitely ask before telling?" Impa yelled very quickly to shut Purah up.

"That's morally questionable... so ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT AND CONCEIVABLE DOUBT IN THE CONCEIVABLE UNIVERSE IN CONCEIVABLE HISTORY!" Robbie said. He sat down next to Purah, for some reason. I honestly don't know why he would do that. Who even likes Purah?

Definitely not me.

"Alright, what kind of embarrassing story do we want?" Impa asked, folding her hands to look like a tent. "Stuffed animals or tea?" Tough choice. They both had hilarious implications. "Stuffed tea!" Mipha said quickly, most likely without thinking. "I'm going to assume you mean both," Impa said slowly.

Mipha somehow turned even redder. "I'll start with the stuffed animals one!" Impa decided. She really just asked us for which story we wanted, and then picked for us! She began to tell the story, and Hylia she moved her hands a lot. She would be good at playing the piano with how a fast she moved those hands!

Anyway, the story begins with Impa walking by a young Zelda's room. The two were friends, as they were only a few years apart from each other. Impa stopped by the door to tell Zelda something. It was probably about food being ready. Impa sure liked her food, similar to Link actually.
