I wake up next to Sang and Sean when my phone went off that I had a text. It shows 7am.

Mayor Perry: sorry to bother you Mr Blackbourne. We really have a problem now. I'm calling you, Mr Mason, and Mr Duncan into a meeting. Late last night and early this morning we arrested Mr Hendricks, Mr Williams, the old Mayor, 2 teachers one who was our coach and a English teacher, and a couple of seniors. FBI is involved. We going to need to figure out a coach and a English teacher. I did get in touch with Dr Leget and Mrs Ratts they have agreed to come back. They are meeting us at my office too.

Me: ok I have to get ready. I will be there soon.

"Come back to bed you was keeping me and my Pookie warm." Saids a sleepy Sean.
"I need to go see Mayor Perry. Go back to sleep and keep Miss Sang warm. Maybe she will sleep longer." I say softly as I go get ready.
I go into the kitchen. I see Uncle up drinking some coffee. I start my new electric kettle, Victor got it for me the other day. I grab a tea bag and put it into a travel mug.
"What you up to my boy?" Uncle ask.
"Going to city hall to see the Mayor Perry." I say as I pour the hot water into my mug. I let it soak for a minute then stir my tea taking the tea bag out.
I look up as Dad and Da came in. We greeted them. I tell them I'm on the way to see the Mayor about figuring out how to get a new coach and English teacher.
"Well if we wasn't working with my Pumpkin, I could coach and Da English, but she is more important." Dad saids and I agree.
"We can check with some friends that are teachers they are just taking a year or 2 off. Sometimes you need a break when working with students. We will text you." Da saids.
"Thank you," I say as I get my mug and head to my car.
When I get to city hall I park and go in. Not sure where to go I asked at the information desk.
"Ma'am can you tell me how to find Mayor Perry." I ask.
"Give me your name and I will call his secretary do you have a appointment." She asked.
"He just texted me to come here, but not a time. I'm Mr Owen Blackbourne." I say. She got on the phone and talked to someome.
"Hi ma'am I have a gentleman here said the Mayor called him. A Mr Owen Blackbourne. Yes ma'am." She said into the phone. She then hangs up the phone.
"Sir take that elevator to the 10th floor and Mrs Claypool will be waiting for you." I nodded and smiled at her and turned to the elevator. I get on and go up to the 10th floor. I get off and a older lady in a grey pencil skirt suit was waiting.
"Hello Mr Blackbourne, this way please. You are the first one here. Would you like me to get you anything to drink or eat. We have coffee, tea, juice, soda, or water. We also have some different small pastries." She saids as we walk.
"Just a water thank you." I say as she leads me into a conference room. Mayor Perry and his brother was there.
"Hi Mr Blackbourne thank you for coming, you got here fast. I don't think the others will be here before another hour. While we wait tell me about this project you are wanting to ask about?" He saids.
"Yes I don't have all the information with us as it's just got started. Well you know about the Academy and we help others that want to be helped?" I ask.
"Yes, that why I contacted Mr Duncan to help our school." He said.
"Well my family was talking about buying that plaza that is in the middle of the rundown neighborhoods. We asked the bank that owned the plaza if anyone was going to fix up the area. They said no that they owned it all. So we told them to figure out a group deal for everything. We are buying it under Mr Phoenix Westmoreland new nonprofit, the Phoenix foundation. They are the ones also paying for the few teachers and clubs." I started.
"We are going to tear down most of everything because we think the buildings are just to warned down. One of Mr Mason's partners recommended that the 2 appartment buildings might be ok. Making one a victims shelter. Not just for wemon but anyone. Wemon not the only ones abused. The other into educational purposes for the homeless and lower class families that want to better themselves. He saids he knows organization that know how to run these. The rest of the houses we will need to be deconstruction done. We are going use people that are going to volunteer to help. We going to build green homes. We going to rebuild the different neighborhoods for lower income people who are hardworking and trying to better themselves. Mr Salvador from the bank suggested lease to own options. We would do a agreement between the buyers that pays rent that goes towards the home. It would take years to get our money back, but it will help the buyer with their credit if they make their rent on time. As well as as they pay the amount on the house goes down for when they do get a mortgage." I say.
"We will need help from you to figure out where the housing and roads should go. We will need government and police help to make sure the homes, business, and the apartments are empty before a area is torn down. We are hoping to push the drugs lords out. We wanted to get you and Chief Wallis on our board of directors. Also anyone else you think necessary to this project." I finished.
"Yes, that is a big project. I can see it helping our areas. I will be honored to be on the committee. I would suggest getting some of the organizations that already do alot of this kind of thing. Maybe plan different activities to do some donations. Maybe I can reach out to some people that runs different plays or music to donate their time to play in a event. You never know who would just donate even if just to have a tax write off." He saids thoughtfully.
"Thank you. I also have another thing to ask. I haven't met him yet. There is a very smart boy of Uncle's cooks. Hes been skip up a grade going into 8th grade this year. When I read his last school counselor's notes it said hes interested in helping others and animals. Something about he wants to be a doctor to help people, a biologist to help animals, a lawyer to help others and when hes older the president to help more people." I say.
"Wow I would like to meet this young man. Saying he wants to do these things to help others not saying anything about money needs to be carefully encouraged." He saids.
"Yes I'm going ask Mr Mason to also mentor him. His family doesn't have alot of money so I'm hoping maybe in the future he could get Scholarships. Hes is very shy from my understanding only close to his sisters. Though at the dinner the other night I noticed one of our young men talking to him and invited him into his friends group. That's another young man I think will change the world." I say.
"Good. I also really like your ideas let me know when you are ready to start the project." He saids as Mr Mason came through the door. We told him we talked about our project. They talked about it for a while as we waited for everyone else. I also asked Mr Mason to mentor the boy. He said he would. Then Mr Duncan and the others came in. We all greeted and met one another. I was impressed by Dr Leget and Mrs Ratts they were ready to take back their school. They brought with them a old coach that was retired same time as them for the other coach. He was in his 40s and fit. He was also ready to take back his school. They also brought Mrs Greta with them. She said she could go back to being a English teacher for the year as long as she could have a assistant to help her. I get a text from Dad.
