Days passed.
Hanni returned to school. She honestly didn't know why she had skipped school for two days in a row after the fight she had with Minji, but her heart felt abundantly stressed from having more threats and comments from the students at the school.
She knew how evil people were, and how they would use her to gain more popularity than they should. Yeonjung was one of those.
Before she came to school, Hanni had been warned by her friends that the boy was spreading rumors that the fight was because of him, and that she, as well as Hanni, wanted him back.
Hanni didn't even try to argue with this lie, she just wanted this whole situation to go away.
But now she was adapting to those slightly disgusted and slightly pitying looks that accompanied her in her class. She had been so full of horrible comments behind her back all day and how Yeonjung didn't really deserve it and how it was all her fault.
Others were on the side saying that Yeonjung was just a failure and that he caused all the discussion for some attention.
Others, however, thought that Minji was wrong because she had never been faithful to Hanni and that the Omega was right to betray her, hurting her with the same method as her.
It seemed a bit like a debate for a Spanish soap.
For the moment Minji was not in the right, in fact she was one of the reasons for provoking the argument.
People wondered when Minji would return, since she hadn't been around yet and this definitely worried Hanni.
For a second, the figure of Minji smiling at her appeared in her head wondering where she was and why she missed that smile so much even though it bothered her so much when she used it to always get what she wanted.
Hanni had always been weak for Minji, and she was too now even though she had spent two long nights forgetting her, her heart still wondered if she could die from a pain and a loss of love.
"Hanni!" a voice shouted from behind. Hanni was hiding in a black sweatshirt behind a tree. She was outside the school in the garden where students gathered to smoke or skip classes.
Minji was always here when she wanted to annoy someone or wanted to smoke. She shook her head, trying to forget Minji, and look for the owner of the voice.
“Hanni, I got worried…” Hyein said as she approached her. She hugged her as if they hadn't seen each other for years. She felt Hyein's warm hands wrap around her and for a moment it warmed her heart.
The pain was too hard.
Minji had torn all her feelings and made them into one and then ruined it. She had broken her completely, so much so that at Hyein's touch she collapsed into tears.
She had thought several times in those nights if everything she had done to get Minji had been important to her.
If that relationship was important for Minji too.
She had always tried to reconstruct the matter even though she didn't believe in Minji's loyalty either, but her heart couldn't stop what she felt.
Good things never lasted that long not even the feeling of optimism she felt about her when Minji treated her well for the first time.
Those happy looks when they spent the whole night under the covers laughing and teasing each other, those days they spent their time on the sharpest streets of Seoul and went dancing at parties to make fun of everyone next to them.
