Chapter 24

After that we all went back to classes. Hermione let me sleep on the bed once I apologized for flirting and promised her to not flirt so much, outside of my current wives that is.

I talked to Lupin the next day and had him meet Sirius. The two of us explained what the truth was and our plans to catch Peter. Hermione's cat had somehow found its way into the Shrieking Shack and had made friends with Sirius at some point, much to my confusion.

The rest of the time passed as normal with Sirius sneaking in on Halloween to attack the Fat Lady. She got a new picture the next day, but had to take some time to visit her friend for a while on the 4th floor. We instead got a knight in full armor who would come up with new passwords every few days. He was also often drunk and would sometimes just leave the passage unlocked when he was sleeping it off.

Sirius borrowed some money from me to buy Harry's Firebolt after the incident with the dementors and the Whomping Willow destroying his Nimbus 2000. Things continued from there like normal.

Hermione finally finalized the last of her time tables and handed me a copy which I was told to follow or she would be very cross with me. I of course figured I would do it just to keep her happy. I was also feeling a bit like having fun with them anyways.

I started going on dates to Hogsmeade with Luna, Ginny, and Hermione one on one. I also had days where I would hang out with Myrtle and tell her stories about my days or about my past a bit. her favorite thing was when I would tell her about movies. I eventually got her a portable movie player and a collection of movies. I had to make a room in the bathroom for her which of course caused Filch to become irate with me. He still wouldn't come near me after I had caught him acting as an assassin since he still didn't know how I had caught him and cut his hand.

My sex life was still going strong and I had even created the magical version of birth control pills for the girls. I had Roger start selling them in stores and had Neville's parents sell them in Diagon alley. They all sold out on the first day.

Everything went as it did in the books except instead of Lupin changing in the Shrieking Shack I sent him to my property on the uninhabited island and had a house elf go get him in the morning. He was very thankful for that as he could just let himself run free on the island.

When Sirius dragged Ron into the Shrieking Shack Hermione, Harry, and I all followed. Lupin followed from behind with Snape sneaking behind him.

I knew this was going to cause a wrinkle in Snape and my relationship, but it needed to happen.

After Harry saw Sirius he drew his wand on him along with Hermione checking over Ron who was quite terrified.

Sirius started to explain everything while I had my wand out and Lupin appeared causing everyone to relax. That is until Lupin and Sirius hugged.

Snape rushed in and disarmed the two while I disarmed him.

"Alex what do you think you're doing?" Snape asked in shock. "Those two are criminals. I know you have a penchant for trouble, but don't ruin your future for them, they're not worth it."

"I agree, but disagree at the same time professor. Just wait a little bit and listen to Sirius's story for a bit."

"Very well, but afterwards I'll still be bringing him in." Snape said with a sigh.
