Chapter 2

I didn't really see any difference, so I called out to the voice only to receive no answer back. Seems I'm already in the new world, but I don't have any idea what world I'm in. Well easy way to find out, status I think, and low and behold a blue screen pops up in front of me with most of the details I need. Though nothing about the world I'm in beyond the fact that wizards are a thing here.

Well this is different. I am apparently just conceived and will have to wait nine months to be born. That's fine since I'm able to try and think things through. Though I guess I'll hope the quest will hopefully give me more information before I go spending my points on anything.

Well there is a lot of 5 point quests which by the sounds of it are tutorial level things. While the 1000-point ones seem to require working on them throughout my life. Understandable really. Well let's check out the info for the first one and see what it wants from me.

New beginnings

You have been reborn into a new world and have just been conceived. Survive the 9 months and be born.

Holy crap, I can actually die before I get born. I thought I would have divine protection or something. This is rather dangerous, if I do survive and get some karma points I'll need to invest in prenatal protection or something so I don't immediately get killed as I get conceived. There is probably some serious trouble I can get into if I go back with no karma. In any case this quest is kind of a no choice kind of quest since I can't really say no. Let's see what else there is.
