No one loves an angry girl
When she gets upset, they'd all get upset
But you'd stay calm,
Argue a little, then be the first to put it to restNo one jokes with a serious lass
They'd be too intimidated by what she'd respond
But you tried, at least
You taught her to be unserious when her eyebrows began to furrowNo one laughs with the quiet girl
At times, they'd find her plain and boring
But when you cracked that line,
She let out what she knew was the ugliest laughNo one sits beside the weird girl
They'd be easily worn out, be up and about
But you took that chair
Embraced her flaws and inconsequent moodsNo one has ever tried to listen to her rants
Be it when she's still or fueling red
So when you showed up at ten that night,
She was beyond amazed, frightened, bewilderedNo one has ever taken her seriously
Not until you sat, asked, and listened
Bullied a little, bickered with her
But you were there nonethelessNo one has loved to stick with her humor
Nothing amusing, as they said
And when you gave her your time and effort,
She was in disbelief for the next fourteen monthsNo one loves the struggle of being with a girl
You were warned with the haste and the drama
So it makes her wonder
How could one have done it, none but you?⊶⊰ ⊱⊷
