"Papa, Athy missed you!"

"We greet the Sun of the Obelian Empire."

Claude turned to look at the bowing twins and the energetic Athy who was running up to them.

"Ah!" Athy let out a sound of realisation as she stood in front of Claude and bowed.

"Thank you for inviting Athy to tea." Athy made herself look cute and dignified while holding out her frilly white dress, which made her look like an angel.

'Look at that, aren't I cute? I even practiced how to look cute!' thought Athy.

A small 'pfft' came from Felix behind Claude and from the twins behind her. She looked over her shoulder and saw the twins laughing to each other.

The twins caught her looking and straightened up, giving her a small smile, pretending like they didn't laugh at her. Athy sighed internally and turned back to face Claude, and as soon as everyone's attention shifted away, their smiles dropped slightly.

*You notice it too, right? The black magic in his soul. * Asked Azrael.

*Yeah. Looking at it though, we could probably remove it with our divine powers. *

*That would take a while though, we can't get rid of it all at once or else it impacts his soul too much and causes more damage. *

*I really want to know how that works, because shouldn't we just be able to remove it all at once with our strong divine powers? *

*It is weird, isn't it. Something in the laws of this world isn't allowing us to do so or we'd essentially kill him. *

*Well, whatever, it doesn't matter too much, not even the laws of this world can restrict us too much. *

*Lets just ignore this for now. I'm too lazy to talk about it. * Azrael sighed. And Ambrose nodded his head in agreement.

"Felix."

"Yes, Your Majesty?"

'No response? Hmph. What was I expecting anyway?' Athy puffed her cheeks in frustration as she was gently picked up and placed in a seat.

The twins laughed as they walked over to their seats. They had moved their chairs so often that they eventually just placed them next to each other to avoid rearranging them every time.

"Good morning, Papa!" Athy gave Claude a bright smile, a flowery aura surrounded her. Claude raised an eyebrow at that, then proceeded to look at the twins, seemingly expecting something.

The twins sighed at the emperor's actions and, in an unusually flat tone for them, said, "Good morning, Your Majesty."

Claude frowned. The twins knew what he wanted, but it's not like he deserved to be called 'Father', let alone 'Dad'. The only thing the twins knew were that they were never going to call him that (unless he bribed them with money, but they doubted he would lower his pride enough to ask.)

"What would it take for you two to call me dad?"

OR NOT!? The twins had a shocked expression on their faces. They had definitely not expected this. Azrael quickly regained his composure, already knowing exactly what he wanted.
