Katy listened carefully as Juice told her everything he knew so far. Gemma had received a call from a club members old lady in Ireland. Abel was there. She couldn't believe what he was telling her. She was mentally prepared for him to go to Canada for a few days but Ireland? That was a whole different story. She knew they had 180 days before the bail became forfeit but if they didn't show up to the hearing that afternoon it could mean more time inside. She said as much and he smiled down at her, "Don't you worry about it baby," he leaned over to kiss the top of her head softly. He didn't want her to know that HE was worried about it. This hearing would likely see them put back inside. The thought of being away from her was almost enough to break him. They were looking at up to fifteen years for the federal gun charges. He couldn't expect her to wait for him if he went away for that long.

She tried to keep the worry from her face. She didn't want him focused on her. He needed a clear head. For Abel.

Juice left and Filthy Phil resumed his guard duties.

Katy lay there, thoughts racing through her mind. She had almost asked if she could go with them to Ireland. She wanted to see Kerrianne. She hadn't seen her sister in person in over 13 years. Not since Jimmy O had taken over as head of the family. She hoped Kerrianne was okay. Jimmy had never stopped her from keeping in touch with Katy. That was one thing she had been grateful for, but since moving to Charming her emails had before less and less frequent.

The guys were gathered in the lot at TM. Turns out the mercenary didn't offer refunds. They were down ten grand. And they had to work out how to get to Ireland. Chibs pointed out that the money they had made on the steroids had been taken when Juice was attacked. Jax turned to look at Juice, "What about the other drugs?" He couldn't just give up, there had to be a solution they just weren't seeing yet.

"No street value," Juice informed him, "Black market scripts. We need a way into the clinics."

"If we blow off that bail hearing this afternoon, we're underground, it's gonna be a little hard to earn," Clay pointed out. "You think maybe Tara can help us move those scripts?" He turned, directing the question at Jax.

"That's not gonna happen," Jax responded quickly. Juice knew what he was thinking, Jax didn't want Tara putting herself at risk for the club, she could lose her job if she got caught up in this sort of thing.

"I don't see any other way Jax," Tig told him.

"I said no," Jax confirmed, this continued, Clay pushing to get Tara's help, Jax growing angrier at every suggestion. Finally Opie changed the subject, "Hey, where we at with the Mayans," it was hard to believe the club was facing so many separate problems at one time. They discussed how best to tackle the prescription issue before heading into the chapel. In the midst of all this chaos they had a vote to carry out. Happy was applying for transfer. From the Nomad charter into SAMCRO, so was Kozik, but he was coming from SAMTAC.

The vote for Happy to join was unanimous. It had to be in order to pass. Unfortunately Tig had a personal problem with Kozik and shot that down before it could go around the table.

The men headed through to the lounge, wanting to celebrate Happy joining them officially. Juice had barely taken a sip of his drink when Kozik came up behind Tig and suckered punched him.

Everyone moved back to give them space to work it out. No one dared try and split it up. Juice ran over and moved some furniture out of their way, last thing they needed was the clubhouse getting damaged because of these goons.

Katy was feeling restless. She has been stuck in hospital too long for her liking. She needed to do something. She was trying to climb out of the bed, much to Phil's horror, when Amelia walked in the door.
