Juiced

Season 1: episode 5

Although he had been texting Katy since he got back she still hadn't actually seen Juice. It was killing her, but he was a busy guy and she was just going to have to respect that.

Gemma asked her to help out at fundraiser she was organising and Katy leapt at the chance. She wanted to do something useful that would keep her mind of Juice for a while.

The fundraiser was at the school and Katy was helping Gemma and Luann set up the stalls throughout the day when she overheard a conversation she didn't fully understand. A woman she didn't recognise was asking if someone was allowed to come to fundraiser. Why wouldn't he be? She knew better than to ask Gemma. If this was club business Katy had no place listening in.

When everything was set up Katy went over to Amelias place. Amelia had agreed to come to the fundraiser with her, partly because she knew the MC would be there.

Amelia and Katy had grown really close, they had been out clothes shopping together recently to stock up Katy's wardrobe. Amelia seemed to get discount on all the clothing stores in town, probably because she was such a good customer. Katy was grateful for all her help and had agreed to introduce her to the MC in return.

Juice sent Katy a text, he wanted to tell her that he missed her and he couldn't wait to see her again but he didn't want to sound sappy. He wanted her to think of him as a tough biker that could protect her. He wasn't ready to show too much of a softer side yet. The text simply said "Meet me at the fundraiser?"

He went for a shower and got himself ready to go, was just about to jump on his bike when he got a response 'I'm already there, come find me' he smiled, excited at the prospect of seeing her again finally. It felt like it had been forever since they last saw each other.

He arrived at the fundraiser with a couple of the other guys from the club but split off and went to find Katy. He spotted her. She was with some blond women he didn't recognise, must be the book club friend he had heard about. Katy looked amazing to him. Even next to the beautiful blond Amazon she was with. He ran up behind her and picked her up spinning her around. She screamed playfully realising it was him.
He put her down turning her to face him and leaned in to kiss her. She kissed him back freely enjoying the attention. As they pulled away from each other they both became acutely aware of Amelia watching them.

"Well," she said, "that was quite some show you put on for the kids there. Hi I don't believe we've met in Amelia, you must be Juice I've heard a lot about you"

Katy was shooting daggers at her with her eyes silently praying she would shut up before she gave Juice the idea that Katy had been pining over him since they last saw each other, she had been but he didn't need to know that.

"Uh yea hi, nice to meet you I've heard a lot about you too" Juice replied with a smile. The idea that Katy had been talking about him made his heart beat a little faster. "Do you mind if I borrow her for a couple of hours? Not seen her for a while you know, lot to catch up on" he explained to Amelia.

"Sure, I'm going to explore the rest of the stalls, Katy I will see you later" Amelia said with a quick raise of the eyebrow to convey that she wanted to hear all the details later.

"So" Juice said when it was just him and Katy, "you been talking about me to your friend huh? All good things I hope?" A cheeky smile spread across his face as he noticed a blush rise in Katy's cheeks.

"I mean I might have mentioned you once or twice," Katy tried to make it sound casual but that wasn't really happening. "How was your trip? Anything exciting?" She asked not really expecting a full answer, club business was club business and it certainly wasn't her business.
