Juiced

Season 1: Episode 2

Juice didn't have time to worry about Katy when he woke up. One of his informants had found out that Deputy Hale had been given a warrant to raid the blown out warehouse.
He went about his club business as needed and pushed Katy to the back of his mind.

Katy had spent a few days in Charming now, she spent some time with her dad, she went out running, she was getting a bit bored though. As much as her dad wanted her to be part of his life he hadn't let her into the shit that the club was up to. There wasn't exactly a lot for her to do in Charming.

She decided to go round to the garage and see if Juice was around, she enjoyed toying with him and deep down she wanted to spend more time with him, get to know him better.

When she arrived at the garage Half-sac was the only club member around. He told her the guys were out and busy, but that Gemma was in the office. Katy thought this would be a good time to go and properly introduce herself to the older woman.

She knocked gently on the office door and heard Gemma's gruff voice shout "Come in"
She entered the room and saw Gemma sitting working at the computer. Gemma did all the paperwork for TM as well as keeping the MC family together. She looked up and realised it was Katy at the door, her face softened a little. She had been expecting the useless prospect asking her more stupid questions about dealing with customers.
"Hey sweetie, what brings you knocking at my door," Gemma asked in a very motherly way.
"I was looking for dad and he isn't about, thought maybe I should get to know the woman in charge round here" Katy said with a laugh.
"Tell you what, lets you and I go out to lunch and we can get to know each other properly" Gemma suggested.
The two woman left in Gemma's car leaving Katy's rental sitting in the lot.

The MC boys all returned from their various places having done what was required of them that morning. Juice saw Katy's car on the lot but couldn't spot her anywhere. He didn't want to mention it since he didn't want to draw attention to the fact that he noticed her so much so he kept quiet. Lucky for him Chibs mentioned her. "Oi Half-sac! Is that my Katy's car? Is she here?" the Scot shouted at the prospect.
"Yea she came by earlier, looking for you I guess. Went to lunch with Gemma. Probably be back soon though" Half-sac replied.

The patched members went into their chapel to catch up on the days events, Juice tried to stay focused on the matters at hand but he couldn't help thinking about Katy, knowing that she would be there soon was putting him on edge. He wanted to see her again of course but he still hadn't talked to Chibs. He didn't know how to bring it up.

When the men were finished in Chapel Juice bit the bullet and shouted Chibs over. "You okay brother?" Chibs asked him, seeing the fear in the young mans eyes.
"Uh yea, it's just..." Juice stalled not sure how to word his request, "Chibs I wanted to...I wanted to ask you if I could uh....if I can ask Katy out on a date." Juice stumbled through his sentence looking only at the floor afraid of what Chibs would respond with.
He was surprised when he heard Chibs laughing. Juice looked up and caught the scots eye, he started laughing as well not really sure why but he felt a lot more at ease now than he had thought he would.
"Tell you what Juicy Boy," Chibs said, "you can ask out my Katy if you like, if she's willing to go on a date with you then that's her prerogative" Chibs stopped laughing and looked straight into Juices eyes, "but if you hurt her, I will kill you, brother or no brother. Do you understand?"
"Yes sir." Juice stammered, "I understand completely."

Chibs walked away and left Juice to think over what had just happened. It definitely went better than he expected it to, and a small death threat was nothing compared to the elation he felt at getting permission to ask Katy out.

Juice went about his club business with a lighter heart the rest of the day. Unfortunately by the time time Katy got back to TM he was already away to Dubrowskis on club business.
