So, this is how Demi looks like in my imagination, but of course you can make her look like how you want... ;) -->
‘Hey, wake up,’ a raspy voice whispered next to me. I opened my eyes to see a sleepy Daniel sitting next to me on bed. ‘What?’ I murmured sleepily. I have never been a morning person and I never will be. Sue me. ‘You got school, silly. You know that, right?’ He shook his head as he laughed at me. I turned around pulling the covers over my head. ‘Are you sure you wanna do this right now?’ He asked smirking. I ignored him and closed my eyes. I’m so freaking tired. All these months I’ve been having nightmares, keeping me awake most of the time. This night I slept very well with Daniel next to me and it makes me want more right now. I want to sleep all day. I was enjoying the silence, until I felt two arms surrounding me and pulling me up. Daniel threw me over his shoulder and I sighed. ‘Are you kidding me?!’ I asked him annoyed. ‘Nope,’ he said, popping the p. He threw me on the couch and went into the closet to get me my clothes. I always have some clothes at Daniel’s, because when I had a fight with my parents I like to go here. He pulled me up again and handed me a skinny jeans. ‘Put it on.’ I ignore him and looked at him stubbornly. I still wasn’t awake yet. He shook his head, sighing. ‘Want me to help you, little one?’ he asked playfully. I sigh and pull on the pants and shirt he handed me after that. I quickly combed my hair and brushed my teeth with Daniel’s toothbrush. When I came downstairs Daniel already made me breakfast, that sweetheart! I looked at the clock at saw it’s already 8:05.
I realized we had to go to my home first to get my schoolbag. I quietly snuck upstairs and grabbed my bag. ‘God damn, Demi!’ In utter shock I turned around to see my foster parents staring at me very angrily. ‘I came in your room this morning to wake you up for school and you weren’t here. Do you have any idea how scared I was?!’ my foster mom exclaimed with her arms crossed over her chest, ‘You were with him again, weren’t you?’ The way she talked about Daniel made me flinch. She never liked him, even though he made me really happy. ‘Where else should I go?’ I tried to say emotionless, pretending to look right through them as if they were invisible. She didn’t know what to say, so she looked down biting her lip. ‘I have to go. Daniel is waiting for me. He’s taking me to school.’ I said as I walked past them, quickly going down the stairs, with them hot on my heels. ‘God damn it, Demi! What the hell are we suppose to do with you?’ my foster dad yelled supporting his now crying wife. As I wanted to exit the house, he grabbed my arm and pulled me back. ‘Let go off me!’ I yelled angrily. I tried to get out of his strong hold and glanced desperately back at Daniel, who just slammed his door shut behind him and ran towards us. He gave my foster dad glare, which sent shivers down my spine. If looks could kill… He pulled us apart and stood in front of my foster dad. ‘Don’t you even dare to lay one finger on her or I’ll-’ His chest rose up and his breath became faster. ‘Daniel, calm down,’ I told him, laying my hand on his chest, ‘come on, let’s go.’ Daniel could get very dangerous, because of his anger issues. I grabbed his hand and quickly walked over to the car, before he could seriously harm my foster dad. ‘He’s not worth it, baby,’ I whispered to calm him down as he refused to get in the car. I kissed him softly and he soon gave in. Luckily.
I opened the classroom door and laid an annotation down on my teacher’s desk without even looking at her. Whenever we were late in class we had to get one of those and we’d get detention later, but I really don’t care. I dropped my bag on the floor next to my table and sat down. ‘And what caused you to be late?’ she asked me irritated. ‘Does it even matter? You got your annotation, didn’t you?’ I said getting very annoyed. What was her problem? I’m here now right? Just continue your boring lesson. She sighed as she shook her head. She turned around to the chalk board and started explaining some boring shit I don’t even understand anyway. I didn’t even bother to pay attention and looked out of the window. Daniel is talking to some old school friends as he inhaled some of the smoke of his cigarette. He looked so cute doing it.
Look up xox. I texted him. He put the cigarette between his lips, searching in his pockets for his phone. He looked up, searching and when he saw me, he smiled and waved. I couldn’t suppress the smile on my face and waved back. He surely made me feel like the happiest girl alive. ‘You’re late in class and now you’re not paying attention? You’re doing great, aren’t you?’ I turned to face the teacher in front of me who was fuming with anger. ‘Maybe if you paid attention, you would actually graduate this year, but I surely doubt that’s even possible.’ My eyes widened as she said that. She’s really going too far now. I rolled my eyes, grabbed my bag and quickly walked past her, not even bothering to look at her. ‘Get back in here, Demi! It’s never gonna work if you go now!’ She yelled after me. I turned around and smiled slightly. ‘It’s never gonna work out anyway, miss. See ya!’ I waved at her and walked outside towards Daniel, who looked at me curiously. ‘Do I even want to know?’ he asked laughing. I lifted my shoulders and giggled. ‘She insulted me, I didn’t even want to be in class anyway. Sooooo boring.’ I said, trying to look like I didn’t care, but I do. I don’t want my foster parents to hate me. I shook the thoughts out of my and grabbed Daniel’s arm. ‘Come with me!’ I said, pulling him with me as I walked away from the guys he was talking to. He’s mine, get over it. ‘Talk to you later, guys!’ he yelled after them as he quickened his pace to keep up with me. ‘Was that really necessary?’ he smirked. ‘Yessss,’ I said proudly, ‘I just want you all to myself and do fun things together. I could use some new clothes if I’m staying with you longer…’ I looked up at him, giving him my best puppy-eyes. He laughed and stopped walking, so did I. ‘If that means you’ll stay with me longer, I’m okay with it. Maybe more than okay.’ His eyes were full of lust as he walked closer and bit my lower lip, pulling it a bit with his teeth. I felt his hot breath against my lips. ‘I love you,’ he whispered before crashing his lips on mine.
With our hands intertwined, we walked to the shops to get some stuff, but then I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. I looked at it and saw it was almost empty. ‘Shit! My phone is almost dead and my charger is at home,’ I bit my lip and looked over at Daniel. He knew I could barely go an hour without a phone, I’m a total control freak. ‘We’ll go get it then,’ he said lifting his shoulders.
As we got to my house, I rang the doorbell. I totally forgot my phone this morning when my foster parents came barging in, in my room. Daniel waited just outside the small garden so he wouldn’t be a threat to my foster dad. My foster mom opened the door, her face dropping as soon as she saw me. ‘School just called. Why can’t you ever behave?!’ She sounded quite desperate and it made me feel guilty. ‘By the way, there’s something else we need to talk to you about, so if you’d come in for a second…’ I hesitantly looked back at Daniel who nods. I looked back at her, still not sure if I wanted to go inside. I don’t want to hear them complain again about how bad my grades are and how I’ve changed since I met Daniel and how he was a bad influence on me… blah-di-blah-di-blah… ‘Daniel, you can come in if you want.’ Apparently she knew I wouldn’t want to go in without him. Slowly he walked up to us with his hands tugged in his pocket, showing this attitude like ‘I don’t care, I’m a badboy’ which looked so sexy to me.
‘Cup of tea?’ she asked as we sat down. I nodded, but Daniel shook his head. I know he doesn’t like tea and doesn’t want to stay for too long too. She handed me a cup and sat on the opposite couch next to her husband. She looked over at him with a uncomfortable smile and I knew something was up, but he just gestured to her to say it. ‘Ehh, Dem. You’re not gonna like this, but…’ I inched closer, wanting to know what’s up. There’s clearly something up, ‘cause normally she would’ve already said it. ‘Your father has been released,’ my foster dad said softly, but I heard him loud and clearly. My eyes widened and my cup of tea slipped out of my hands, shattering in pieces as it hit the floor. I was unable to move and my stomach started to hurt really badly. Tears streamed down my face, I couldn’t hold them back even if I wanted to. I have to get out of here! Like right now! I jumped up to run away, but I fell to the floor and everything went black.
Okay, I know, it does take a while before the boys get in it, but yeah, that's how I wrote it. Please don't stop reading, it will get better!!!
