‘She can’t be gone!’ I yelled as loud as I could. My body was trembling and my heart was racing in my chest. The four guys –my supposed best friends- just stared at me in shock. They didn’t say anything. Not a word. Wasn’t she important enough to them? Did they just think she was just another fling? She wasn’t. She was special. She meant something to me. Irreplaceable. And now she was gone.
‘It’s all my fault,’ I sobbed. ‘Of course not, Harry,’ Liam soothed, rubbing my back to calm me down. ‘Yeah it is Liam! I left her. She warned me this would happen, but I was stupid and now she’s gone forever…’ The last few words, hit me like a bomb. My breathing got faster as I collapsed to the floor, bawling my fists, trying to get rid of the aching pain in my chest. Tears streamed down my face like never-ending waterfalls. I felt arms wrap around my torso. ‘You will be fine Harry,’ I heard Louis say with a trembling voice. I looked up and saw his face filled with worry and sadness. Louis could never stand to see me sad, I couldn’t blame him, I must look like a mess right now. He stroked my cheek and played with one of my curls. ‘We’ll find her, Harry. I promise you.’ I have to find her.
That’s the only thing that can save me right now…
