Taylor POV
Missing someone was such a bittersweet felling, Knowing that you love someone so much that as soon as they are no longer with you each and every one of your thoughts are consumed by them is a feeling i have only ever dreamed of in the past. But the actual feeling of missing the one person in the world that you want to spend all your time with is a really shitty feeling and i would do anything in the world to not be missing Travis right.
I had just finished a show and was walking out to get into the car that will take me back to the hotel, feeling lonely as i walk out of the stadium waving to fans alone. It felt normal now to have Travis standing there wait fir me to have in his arms but he was back in Kansas City and i was here alone.
Once i had arrived back at the hotel i hurried into my room and got dressed out of this bodysuit and into comfortable Pyjamas to get ready for sleep
I pulled out my phone and click onto Travis' contact before messaging him
Baby girl: Hey, are you busy?
Trav: Not for you, what's up?
Baby girl: Can i call you before i sleep?
Instead if getting a message back my phone quickly lights up with an incoming FaceTime call from Travis
"Hey sweet girl, how was the show?" Travis asks as soon as his face pops up onto my screen
"Hey, it was okay i am tired though" I reply as i lay down under the covers and rest my phone on the bedside table
"I miss you" I quickly say once i am comfortable
"I miss you too baby girl. are you doing okay?" He asks as worry washes over his face
"I think so i just miss you"
"We will be back together in two weeks" He tries to comfort me but i shake my head
"That's so long, you have already been away for a week" I whine and then take a breath
"I'm sorry i should so stupid we are both adults and i am acting like a kid, goodnight i love you" I say before moving to grab my phone
"Baby girl" Travis says as i go to hang up
"Taylor" He says sharply which causes me to stop
"I know you wont go to sleep without me saying it back so i wont until you listen to me"
"Fine Travis" I complained knowing he was right. I didn't know why but i couldn't fall asleep until Travis had said goodnight and that he loved me too
"You aren't being stupid nor are you acting like a child okay. I miss you so much as well and i hate being away from you and even though you are having a hard time with the distance and i am sorry you are so upset, sweet girl you don't have to hide it from me okay it makes me feel so loved that you miss me that much" Travis explains and i nod
"But you should get some sleep okay, I love you" He says
"I love you too"
"Goodnight sweet baby"
Travis POV
Taylor get off of the call and i put my phone down as i start to make my lunch for the day.
I hated that Taylor struggled this much with the distance and that it put such a toll on her mood but i was a little relieved that it wasn't just me who was going through a hard time.
After thinking long and hard while i finished my food i decided that i would just push back a few meetings and get on a plane to go see Taylor, If i left soon i could be able to make it halfway through her show tomorrow. so that's exactly what i did.
I arrived at the stadium as i went under the stage, not wanting to draw attention to the fact that i was here but also because i didn't want Taylor to mess up her set because she was distracted.
As soon as i heard the ending notes of Karma i started to walk to where she would be lowered by the stage, Seconds later i see her moving off of the stage platform and taking off her big jacket. She looked so tired and worn out but still the most stunning person i have ever seen.
"Hey baby girl" I softly say as i walk towards her. Taylor's head quickly spins around as she sees me then she is moving quickly to be in my arms.
I quickly pick her up, holding her up by her thighs as i slowly spin her around
"What are you doing here?" she asks tiredly
"I came to see you princess, i missed you" I admit and i feel her smile against my skin
"I missed you too, I love you so much" She says before slightly pulling her head back and smashing her lips into mine
"Hello Travis" Tree laughs as she walks up to the two of us, Taylor still in my arms
"Hey Tree" I greet
"You two ready to head off?" She asks and i nod my head along with Taylor
I go to release my arms for Taylor to jump down but her grip only tightens
"You have to get down baby girl we need to walk out of here" I softly whisper but she shakes her head
"Taylor he can't carry you out there" Tree points out
"Actually he can he is strong, Trav baby can you carry me please" she pouts and i laugh, never being able to say no to her
We walk out of the stadium, Taylor clutched tightly onto me as i held her close. The fans screamed and cheered as we walked out and towards the car. One i open the car door i try to once again get Taylor down but she doesn't budge so i take the trip back to her house with her on my lap and her head in my neck.
