Now that it was summer break after her cousins have graduated, Tessa was about to be the last kid at the house.
One night they were having family dinner.
"Uncle Ivan and Aunt Talia...um I have a question." Tessa said
"What is it?" Ivan said
"Um..what would you say to me moving in with Nat and Lena. I know the others will be living with them including cousin Wanda..but not to sound mean but Im the last one here " she said
Nat looked up from her plate, "We aren't opposed to that dad, we do have one bedroom that isn't being occupied." Nat said
"I would love it!" Yelena said as she took a bite.
"Tessa you are about to be 16..and a sophomore in highschool." Talia said
Ivan saw her face drop, "Talia.." Ivan whispered
Talia looked up and saw her niece's face.
"But you have always been extra close to Nat and Lena. They have helped you get through everything." Talia said
"So the answer is yes." Ivan said
"Yay! We will help move you in after we get back. We are going on a short trip with the boys before they leave for basic/college." Nat said
"Ok." Tessa said
Nat, Yelena and their crew went to Anguilla for a short vacation. When they returned they said their goodbyes as they took a bus to basic training. Yelena and her boyfriend Korey said their goodbyes at the airport as he was leaving for college in California.
Once the girls were able to, they all helped Tessa move into the house they were renting for college at NYU.
