The library is quiet at this hour, instead of going home, Jimin decided to stay for a couple of few more hours to do a revision on today's study. He would kicking his floating feet that didn't reach the floor softly and writing down notes on his book.

For the first hour, everything went smoothly. Jimin has revised the chapter that he studied in class today but then, someone whistling behind him.

Of course, it's Jeon Jungkook.

The taller male looked down at him with the corner of his lips stretched to form a mocking smile at Jimin. "Oh, it's number 2! How is it trying to beat my rank all the time? Don't you feel tired?"

Jimin had enough of his taunt. He simply glared at the male from his chair as he crumbled the edge of his book. "Can you at least be mature once?"

The omega snapped at him, as he tried to hold back his anger from lashing out in the library.

A chuckle escaped from Jungkook, clearly enjoying how he got under Jimin's skin. He didn't have enough with just a mare teasing so he leaned down a little to get a better look at Jimin.

"Mature?" Jungkook echoes with his eyebrows raised mockingly. "Where's the fun in that?"

"Watching you all riled up is far more entertaining."

He shamelessly took a seat next to the omega afterwards, close enough that his shoulder grazed against Jimin's, and peered over to see what he was studying. This had caused the omega to clench his pen harder to subside his anger. Jungkook surely has a lot of ways to piss him off every now and then.

"Annoying, you're so fucking annoying." Jimin muttered before slamming his book shut and gather all his belongings, shoving them into his backpack rather harshly later on.

The alpha got his head rested on his palm as he placed his elbow on the table, unfazed by Jimin's sudden outburst, simply continued to annoy him.

Jungkook leaned in closer, purposely pouting his lips when Jimin didn't spare him a look.

"The fun is just getting started, don't leave yet!"

Jimin ignored him, and stormed out of the library. All the way out of the building the omega kept on stomping on his feet in anger. There's no one around the school complex anymore except for some teacher who might still having a meeting at this hour.

Unwilling to let the omega out of his sight just yet, Jungkook followed after him, his footsteps echoing behind the omega in rush.

"Hey, wait up!" He caught up to the omega and grabbed his wrist, gently pulling Jimin to a stop.

However, Jimin harshly yanked his hand back as his breath labourers and vision slowly getting blurry. He got his head hanging low once the familiar tightness in his chest suffocating his breathing making him panting softly and tears poured to the floor.

"L-Leave." Jimin was chocked on tears.

Jungkook's playful smirk faded in instant, and a look of concern washed over his face when he saw the tears welling up in Jimin's eyes.

He stepped closer, his tone softer than usual.

"Hey—" He reached out to touch the omega again, but hesitated, his hand freezing mid-air.

Jungkook wasn't used to seeing the other male like this, and it unsettled him.

"I said leave!" Jimin screamed, body slightly bending down as he ruffled his blonde hair making himself look dishevelled. "Leave me alone!"

Jungkook flinched at the sudden outburst, startled by the raw emotion in Jimin's high pitched voice. He had no idea that his teasing had affected the omega so profoundly.

He took a step back, giving him some space.

"Jimin," The alpha tried to find the right words, but for once, found himself at a loss.

He hadn't meant to push the other this far, not truly. Jimin can be seen breathing heavily after screaming right to his face just now and he took a turn, running away from the alpha without stopping, no matter if his legs muscles starting to throb in pain.

The omega run straight home and locked himself up. His last meal of that that was his breakfast but he has no mood to leave the bed anytime sooner. Jimin has thrown his bag to the floor and scrunched into a foetus position on the bed before he found himself lulled to sleep due to exhaustion.

Jimin fall asleep hungry that day.
