She was his lifeline
Their spirits two-halves of the same soul energy
He existed simply because she lived
But if the world were to cease today
And she survived by chance
He would continue to live, to exist through her light
But if there was suddenly no tomorrow
And she was taken from him
The world would wither, uninhabitable
A dark, forsaken, and lifeless plane
He could no longer endure.
