Jeongin arrives at the amusement park at the agreed time, waiting for the others to do the same. He turned into a big ball of nervousness, excitement, fear and whatnot at the thought of meeting up with Heeseung outside class hours, and his best friend Hyunjin was missing when he needed him most! What if Heeseung arrived before Hyunjin did and Jeongin lost his marbles over his smile?

Heeseung did that to him; he made him quite insane.

Hyunjin would beg to differ if you used the word "quite" to describe him, though. Ever since the academic year started and Heeseung and Jeongin were assigned to be seatmates, Jeongin hasn't been able to keep his lips sealed about the other.

"Oh- Jeongin! You're here already?" A sickeningly sweet voice greets Jeongin's ears, which could belong to none other than the man of his dreams: Lee Heeseung. He turns around to greet the taller male, and to say he looked stunning would be an understatement. He was just wearing a yellow sweater with green cargo pants, but that doesn't mean he can't look like a total snack, okay?

"Yeah! Uh- Yunhee didn't come with?" He asks, trying to bring Heeseung's attention away from his burning face. He didn't expect to be alone with him so soon.

"About that... Jay called her over to complete their project today, so she'll be missing out," he says with a pout. "I'm gonna give him an earful for that. He better watch out, that Park guy."

Jeongin chuckles, finding pouty Heeseung cute. Just then, his phone starts ringing, vibrating in his pant pockets. He excuses himself to attend the call, which was from Hyunjin.

"Where are you? You're already ten minutes late!"

"Okay, listen up, Jeongin," he says seriously, making the younger stop himself from complaining any further.

"When you see Heeseung again, tell him that my car broke down or something so I'm sitting out of today's fun. I'm giving you this one golden chance to shoot your shot at him today, and if you miss it, I swear I'll never-"

"Okay, okay! No more Heeseung-related threats, please! I can't believe you're doing this for me."

"Oh, please," Hyunjin scoffs from the other side of the line. "I have my selfish reasons for doing this. Once you get your man, you go and tell to his face how much you love and adore him rather than confessing your feelings for him to me!"

"You're so mean, Hyunjin," Jeongin says sulkily, though he knew that Hyunjin was just messing around with him.

"Okay, things should go smoothly now, then. Yunhee's out of the way too, so you two sort out your feelings and get together or whatever," Hyunjin says in a bored tone, but Jeongin could tell that the older was smiling. He knew that Hyunjin had a very soft, weak spot for him and he made sure to always take advantage of it.

"Wait- how did you know Yunhee-"

"Toodles!" Hyunjin abruptly ends the call before Jeongin could voice out his suspicions. Were the two of them in on this together? Were Hyunjin and Yunhee also getting closer by this? That's like hitting two birds with one stone!

Meanwhile, a few meters away from Jeongin stood Heeseung, who was furiously typing away on his phone to his current mortal enemy: Jay.

heeseung:
