"Girl, so you're telling me only now... you're going to Italy... in a day... WITH JAY???" Ryujin screams in disbelief at Yunhee as they step out of their building together. Ryujin was headed to Yeji's place and Yunhee to her, well, workplace. Considering how fast news spreads, she expected half the world population to know that she would be flying to the other side of the world with Jay the next day, but apparently not. That was the kind of scandalous tea the students at the university sniffed out of people, anyways.

"Tone it down, will you? If this accidentally makes the national headlines because of you I'll end you," Yunhee says in a fake-threatening manner.

Yunhee had to cover a few extra hours of work since she would be out of station for the next few days, so she rushed to the café soon after the awkward encounter with Hyunjin, not giving him much time to think or apologize for the accident. The said boy was left feeling horrible, thinking that she went back earlier than he expected because he made her uncomfortable, though she actually knew it was a genuine mistake.

"I still can't believe you didn't tell me! Or anyone for that matter. Does Heeseung know?" She asks, still in shock. Yunhee nods her head no.

"So let me get this straight: you're both leaving early tomorrow morning, you're missing class for a day or two, and most importantly, you still don't have a dress???"

Yunhee hums in reply, sighing right after that. She really didn't want to be the odd one out at the wedding, so it would've been helpful if Jay was there to help her select her outfit, since he'd know the standard that runs in his family and help her choose accordingly. But both their schedules clashed, and she was left with nothing good to wear and only a few free hours on hand.

"I'm not gonna let you go and embarrass yourself like that, hun," she says sassily, snapping her fingers in front of my face. "I might have something for you to wear. Come with me before you get your ass to work, now."

Sobs were all that sounded throughout the café that was usually packed with customers. Who was sobbing, you may ask?

Soon after Sunghoon started his shift at the café, a puffy-eyed Jay made his entrance in the mostly empty structure, taking Sunghoon by surprise. Jay was someone who usually didn't show his emotional side, even to his best friend, so he got worried thinking about every possible tragedy that the said guy could have experienced.

"God, are you okay??? What happened to you?" Sunghoon immediately rushes over to Jay, who starts crying again. Jay wraps his arms around his best friend in a tight hug, letting his tears soak up his shirt. Sunghoon comfortingly pats his back, still worried about him.

"Will you please tell me what happened?"

"She... she's taken... gone," Jay says between sobs, leaving Sunghoon even more confused.

"What the hell are you talking about? Who is 'she' and where did 'she' go?"

"Y-Yunhee..."

"Eh???" Sunghoon very obviously voices his disbelief. Yunhee was taken?? By who??

"Okay wait, just take a moment and calm down before you speak," Sunghoon tells Jay, who was struggling to get his words out. In the meantime, he heads to the back to make a drink for his very sad friend.

But still, who could it be? Sunghoon couldn't help but be curious about who Yunhee was supposedly dating. They were pretty close; they were both classmates and co-workers, besides already being friends, so he couldn't think of any person she'd be interested in, besides Jay.

Like everyone else, he too thought that those two had the best chemistry despite all their silly fights. It made them look like one of those old married couples and it was kinda annoyingly cute, if he had to admit.
