"Garreth, you know I love you mate, but let it go" Weasley, Sebastian and you hung out at the castle grounds. You were supposed to do school work but eventually got tired of it and started chanting, but Garreth went and fucked it up by asking you out again.

"Please MC, just give me one chance" he had insisted about it the last couple of weeks, it came out of nowhere, and usually you wouldn't mind but you were getting tired of it, especially with Sebastian there, whom you gave an embarrassed look. "What do I have to do to convince you?"

You didn't know how, but in a matter of seconds, you put together a plan to solve the matter.

"A dare. Complete a dare and I'll date you"

Sebastian and Garreth looked at you surprised.

"A dare? That's all? Easy" said Garreth with a sufficient smile.

"You don't even know what's the dare, Weasley"

"It doesn't matter. I can do it" he straightened his posture, waiting for your words.

"Take Sebastian on a date"

"What?" asked both of them.

"You heard me" You saw both of them tense and you smiled. "Whatever happened to easy?"

"W-why would you want me to have a date with Sallow?" Sebastian visibly relaxed, so you kept going.

"He's my best mate. If he tells me you are boyfriend material, I'll go on a date with you" Sebastian smirked and Garreth considered your words for a moment and looked at Sebastian.

"Fine. What do you say, Sallow?"

"Tomorrow. Wear something pretty, Weasley" Garreth laughed, got up, and took his books.

"I have to go. I'll wait for you outside your common room at seven. MC, I'll see you later, when you accept my date"

You saw him walk away, and when he was far enough Sebastian started screaming at you.

"What in the bloody hell was that MC!"

"You are blushing, that's so sweet"

"MC!"

"I just did what you don't have enough guts to do" he was about to deny it but you kept talking "You are in love with him, Seb. For as long as I've known you, you only had eyes for him"

"Please, laughter. They didn't hear you at Hogsmeade!"

"Come on, you were so chill about it. I thought you wouldn't mind" a hunch of guilt straighted you. "I can call it off if it makes you uncomfortable"

He calmed down and talked instead of shouting.

"He wants to date YOU" he lay down on the grass "I've been trying to be cool about it, but it hurts"

"But he doesn't like me, Seb. I don't know what's got into him, but I've told you before, the way he looks at you, I'm sure there's something there." he looked at you relentlessly "Besides, wasn't it you who said the other night you would die a happy man if he dates you even once?"

"I don't remember that"

"Of course you don't, you were drunk. Luckily for you, I remember." you gave him a couple of pads on his back while he considered your words.

"You should focus on your relationship instead of messaging in my love life" he smiled, so you weren't in trouble.

"I do it cause you're my friend and I want you to be happy" he lifted a brow "Also Ominis is still away and I'm bored"
