I looked. It hit Etan causing him to fall to the ground clutching his arm. I saw Gwen run to him with a makeshift bandage. "Go away!" I yelled. "No!!!" was shouted back with a bracketing round of laughter. Omar, Arnold and Tim raised their B-B guns. "I'm not asking again! LEAVE!!" I ordered. Otto raised his bow. Suddenly and unexplainably, Lloyd, one of the goons, threw a rock.

Everyone fired, not at them but below them. This made them think. They, for once backed down and used their heads. They ran. We didn't bother to chase them as we knew we had won. After that we set up guards and checks. Slowly people who had stayed at the school originally, slowly trickled into our colony. I frequently checked the numbers and I counted more than 500. We were doing well.

We hadn't been into town for weeks and were starting to run low on food. Me, Etan, Otto and Tim left to the village. Each of us had a B-B gun (except for Otto who had his bow). We came to a house that looked good. We kicked the door open only to be shocked. A party must have been going on at the pause. We walked into the front room to see about 20 people all in dancing positions. Luckily they had loads of snacks in massive bowls. We raided the fridge to find beer. Lots of beer. We all realised that we had to hide it. If some young kids got their hands on this they would go mad. We hid them in the garden and went around hiding any we found. We then nipped to the school.

There we walked to the LS (learning support) hoping that there would be food. When we got there some people were waiting for us. "Oi, you!" I looked. Of course, T.R.O.L.S. "What do you want?" I queried. "We," Jake looked to the floor, "need some help, we don't have much food and 4 of our boys have, what you call it, hmm..." "Paused." I filled in. "Yeah that's the word, so right, 4 of my boys have paused. Can we stay with you lot?" Ryan asked. I looked at Otto, Etan and Tim. "What do you say?" I whispered. I saw Tim and Otto shake their heads. "Well, they could stay but do extra work." Tim and Otto still looked uncertain. "One week trial, if not they go." Otto and Tim nervously and slowly agreed. "Etan, do you agree?" No reply. "Etan?" I tapped him. He fell face first onto the picnic table. "Another one bites the dust." Otto joked. No one was pleased.

When we got back, no one was happy to see Ryan, Jake and a few goons enter our premises. Many swore, many shouted and some threw rocks. It took some a while to get used to them
