Mikasa went up to their room to clean it up when she looked at the calendar and realized that she hadn't had her period yet. She walked into their bathroom and looked in the sink cabinet for the box and pulled it out looking at it praying that this was the answer.

With her heart racing, Mikasa opened the box and pulled out the pregnancy test, her mind swirling with possibilities. She took a deep breath, trying to steady herself, and followed the instructions carefully. After what felt like an eternity, she placed the test on the counter and waited, anxiety bubbling inside her.

After a few minutes, she glanced at the test, her breath catching in her throat. The results stared back at her, confirming what she had hoped for.

"Mikasa?" Eren's voice called from downstairs, interrupting her moment of disbelief.

"Just a second!" She managed to reply, her heart pounding. She quickly tucked the test away and took a moment to collect herself, a smile breaking through her nervousness.

As she headed back down, she couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement and hope. This was the moment they had been waiting for, and she couldn't wait to share the news with Eren.

"Yeha what's up?" She asked, holding her excitement.

Eren looked up from his desk, a curious smile on his face. "I was just about to take a break. Are you ready for lunch?"

Mikasa nodded, trying to keep her composure. "Yeah, let's eat!"

As they moved to the kitchen, her mind raced with thoughts of how to tell him. She watched Eren prepare their meal, his movements effortless and familiar, and felt a wave of affection wash over her.

"Hey, Eren," she said, trying to sound casual. "Can I ask you something?"

"Of course! What's on your mind?" he replied, glancing over with a hint of concern.

Mikasa took a deep breath, her heart racing. "What would you think if... if we were to have a baby?"

Eren paused, his eyes widening in surprise. "Are you serious?"

"Yes," she said, her voice steady. "I just took a test, and... I think I might be pregnant."

Mikasa nodded, her heart fluttering. Eren rushed over, pulling her into a tight embrace, and she felt the warmth of his excitement enveloping her.

Mikasa couldn't help but smile back, feeling their dreams finally coming to life. "We're going to be parents."

"I can't wait!" Eren said releasing his tight hold he had on her.

Eren stepped back, a look of sheer joy on his face. "This is incredible, Mikasa! How are you feeling about it?"

Mikasa took a moment to gather her thoughts. "I'm excited but a little nervous, too. This is a big step for us."

"Totally understandable," Eren said, his tone reassuring. "But we're in this together. We'll figure it out as we go. I'm here for you, no matter what."

Mikasa felt a wave of relief wash over her at his words. "Thank you, Eren. That means everything to me."

Eren grinned, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "So, what's next? Do we need to get a doctor's appointment or something?"
