As Mikasa settled into the routine of her third trimester, she felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. With Eren by her side, the support from their friends made this transitional period much easier. They had spent their evenings preparing for the baby, picking out names, and setting up the nursery. Armin, Annie, Levi and Lexie planned to take turns looking after the kids until Mikasa gave birth so Eren and Mikasa had the house to themselves.

One afternoon, while resting on the couch, Mikasa reflected on how different their lives had become. Eren walked in, carrying a tray with snacks.

"Thought you might need a little pick-me-up," he said, setting it down beside her.

"Thanks," she smiled, grateful for his thoughtfulness.

"Have you thought more about names?" Eren asked, settling in next to her.

"I have a few in mind," Mikasa replied. "But I want us to decide together."

Eren nodded, his gaze softening as he watched her. "I know whatever name we choose will be perfect. And once we're settled, we'll have plenty of time to bond with the baby. Just like we did with Mika and Eli."

Mikasa felt a wave of calm wash over her. "Yeah, we're going to be okay."

As they shared their favorite names and dreams for the future, Mikasa couldn't help but feel excited about welcoming their newest family member into the world. With Eren by her side and a supportive network of friends, they were ready to embrace the challenges of parenthood once more.

"So what names do you have in mind?" He asked

"So far I have Emily which is cute or Rika which is also cute but is really close to Mika" She replied

"Well we have plenty of time!" He said

"I kind of want to have her name to start with a M like Mika's and Mine" She said

"Knowing you we will find the perfect name as soon as she is in your arms!" He said

"I know but what if I don't?" She asked

Eren placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder, meeting her gaze with a warm smile. "You will. Just like with Mika and Eli, you'll know when the moment is right. Plus, we can always brainstorm some more names while we're waiting."

Mikasa sighed, feeling the tension in her shoulders ease. "You're right. I just want it to be special, you know? It feels like such a big responsibility."

"I get it. But remember, it's not just about the name. It's about the love we give her," Eren said, his voice gentle yet firm. "Whatever name we choose, it will come to mean so much more because of the family we're building together."

Mikasa smiled, her heart swelling with affection for him. "I really appreciate how calm you are about all of this. It helps me feel more grounded."

Eren chuckled softly. "That's what I'm here for. Plus, I can't wait to see you with our little girl. You're going to be an amazing mom again."

"Thanks, Eren," she said, feeling grateful for his support. "I just hope everything goes smoothly."

"We'll handle it, just like we always do," he reassured her, wrapping his arm around her. "And remember, we're not alone in this. We have our friends and family ready to help."

Mikasa nodded, feeling a renewed sense of determination. "Yeah, we really do. I think we can handle anything together."
