It was a new school, and nervousness was putting me away,
Yet I found a glimmer of hope that led the way.
Among the wicked souls, she shed a light so bright,
With kindness and grace, she brought darkness into light.I was shy, like a whisper amongst the crowd,
While everyone looked down upon me, she spoke soft and loud.
Her eyes were big and round, hiding stories untold,
There was a warmth in her gaze, more precious than gold.In her laughter and spirit of joy, I found a deep connection to my soul.
Her kindness and gentle nature made me whole.
Every story I spun, she listened with devotion,
In a world of lies, she understood my emotion. At a class party, when we were alone,
I took my chance to tell her how I feel.
Speaking of her beauty and grace,
She blushed with a sweet smile, while the moment stood still. In that simple moment, the world felt just right.
With no other human to watch around,
It was a wonderful sight.
