Chapter 7 : new nightmare

I was running through the forest where there were sounds of screams, chaos I kept running through the forest fear taking over completely there was a fire to my right I ran until I reached a pond I looked around but there was nowhere to go ,an arrow hit me on my left between my arm and chest where the pain hit me ,I felt tears roll down my cheeks

"AHHHH!!" I screamed in pain ,the arrow had wolfsbane which can kill werewolves. I turned to try to see who shot me but my vision blurred and I fell into the pond .

'Zara, Zara' someone called out
I opened my eyes, it was only a dream but felt so real and for some reason this broke my heart .

"Are you okay?" Selene asked I stared up at her in confusion .

"What are you doing here, where am I " I asked sitting up straight.

"Well you passed out I heard the news and thought I should come check on you, make sure you're okay," she said which confused me further.

"Why?" I asked

"You're still my sister you know" she said which amazed me because Selene never forgets to add 'step' whenever talking about our relationship.

"Ohhh thank you,but I'm fine"  I said getting off the bed.

"Not so fast, the nurse and Mr Adams told me to call them should you wake up " Selene said going out to call them.

I sat on the bed and grabbed the book at my bed side which was to my surprise not written it was just blank just then papers started flipping on their own to the middle of the book and it began writing something.

Tonight is all it wrote which was confusing what about tonight.

I then heard footsteps and I quickly put away the book. Selene , Alex and the nurse came through.

"How are you feeling Zara?" the nurse asked smiling, a lot .

"I'm fine" I replied with a serious face.

"Well I found nothing irregular with her, she seems fine but such things are normally caused by stress so she just needs to take it easy" the nurse said to Alex .

I got off the bed and took my phone and jacket. We left the nurse's office Selene went back to her class and I was left with Mr Adams .

He stared at me as if waiting for me to say something. "What is it, why are you looking at me like that?" I asked

He kept walking towards me and I kept stepping back until I was backed up against the wall. "Talk to me, what's wrong " he said

"It's nothing Alex, I mean Mr Adams besides I couldn't tell you even if I wanted to"  I said but clearly he wasn't letting it go.

"Why not" he asked getting closer he stared into my eyes and his eyes glowed red and my eyes also glowed but gold .

"Can you tell me now" he said and I guess I didn't have a choice.

"Fine..." I said  but was interrupted by Zade and Tyson

"Couch ,we need you" Zade said and then realised the situation he seemed to be bothered by it .

"Ohhh were you guys about to kiss , we can wait" Tyson added  clearly this was gonna arise later on Tyson is fond of getting on my nerves .

"No actually, I had passed out earlier so Mr Adams was just making sure that I'm okay" I said putting my hand on Alex's chest pushing him away.

"Ohhh are you okay?" Zade asked worry flashing across his face I think I saw worry on Tyson's face as well which is strange.

"I'm fine ,you guys should get to practice or whatever you do"I replied

"Head coach said you are incharge of sessions today so we came to get you" Tyson said

"Yeah ,we should probably get to that" Alex said looking at me one last time then leaving with Tyson and Zade. I stood there alone I took a deep breath and exhaled.

It was now after school and I was headed home with Selene . I sat there staring through the window there was silence the entire way home.

We went inside the house and Mrs Henderson was in the living room with Zoë and Zain and Mr Henderson was nowhere to be seen so I'm guessing he's probably still at work. I actually find out that he is a business owner which explains most things.

"Hi everyone, bye everyone" I said neutrally heading upstairs and shutting the door behind me . I proceeded to text Roshni informing her about every little detail since I didn't see her after school.

Next thing I knew my door flew open and Roshni walked into the room .

"I'm so glad you're alive you scared us back there" Roshni said closing the door and sitting on the bed. I told her about the dream I had while I was unconsious .

"Woow that's wow" she said "but what do you think it means?" She asked but even I myself don't know.

"I don't know actually " I said and a notification buzzed on Roshni's phone. She looked at it and clearly wanted to smile but tried to hide it she put her phone away.

"who was it?" I asked and clearly it was a boy .

"Ohhh no one just those spam notifications" she replied but I could tell she's lying.

"A message from Chase is now considered a spam notification how interesting" I said walking to the table and grabbing a cup of water. "And do not think of lying to me because I know everything" I continued.

"Fine,you're right but we're not close and I'm hoping the project we're doing together might just bring us close" She said walking around like a lovesick teenager which she was.

"Ncwaa I hate this love stuff but Ncwaaaa love is beautiful from afar" I said and stopped coming to a realisation my expression switching quickly " wait did you say project,what project ,no one told me about any projects" I added stressing, walking around the room.

"Ms C sent the list to the group,why don't you check it?" Roshni said only adding to my stress.

"There's a group?!" I said standing

"Okay I'll check it for you" Roshni said taking her phone .

"Please don't be Tyson,please don't be Tyson ,please dot be Tyson " Is what I kept saying while walking around the room don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with Tyson but him and I tend to get on each other's last nerves , he's funny but him I'm overly sarcastic and we clash a lot.

"So you're with ..." Roshni said stopping to look at me "uhmmm"

"What ,who is it?" I asked and clearly it was him
"It's Tyson Morrison" we both said at the same time . I threw myself on the bed there goes my sanity and peace the next three days weren't gonna be easy.
