"You got everything love?"

Looking over her shoulder at me, I smiled at my wife as she nodded in acknowledgment. Finishing pack her bag, I simply observed her as she moved around our room, tidying up before making her way into the bathroom.

Not too far behind her, I leaned against the door frame and just watched her. From ever since we've been in each other's company, I couldn't help but just watch her and her graceful yet some times clumsy movements.

"The way yuh does just stare at me eh." She shook her head as she got her toothbrush.

"I just can't help it."

"And for some reason, I understand that inno."

"Because we got that connection baybeh."

Hearing my thick accent, she looked at me and blushed.

"Yuh know how long I ain't hear you say baby like that." She snickered.

"For real?" I asked confused. "I ain't realized that."

"Mhmm. I don't mind though. Saying it every once in a while does make it feel special." She laughed to herself.

"Ah okay." I laughed too.

"Just imagine, we have a one year old daughter already?"

Changing the topic as she got ready to get into the shower, I stopped her as she removed her robe, by hugging her from behind.

"And you look so amazing." I caressed her belly and sides.

"Awe babe, thank you."

"You're welcome love."

"Yuh joining me in there or no?"

"Only if you want me too."

"I want you too."

"Well alright then."

Spanking her, I then took her hand as she laughed and led her to the shower. Removing my clothes for me, I turned on the shower, allowing the water to fall on us as we kissed. Enjoying this moment with my wife, I couldn't help but think back on how things were and how far we've come.

"Aug?"

"Huh? Yeah ma?"

"Yuh zone out on me." She laughed lightly.

"My bad babe." I smiled before kissing her on her forehead.

"Wah going on in that head of yours?"

"You. It's Chrysta's world up thea. All Chrysta, all the time."

"As it should be." She smirked.

"Got a nigga sprung to this day."

"Same with your wife."

"Very good." I kissed her on her lips.

Continuing and finishing our shower, we got out, and got ready for the day we had out. Today was our daughter's first birthday and we were keeping it simple. After enjoying our day down the islands, we agreed to do it again with the family.

Once we were all set, Chrys went and check on our son while I got our daughter. Entering, to my surprise, Aug was in there.

"Yo momma just went looking for you." I chuckled.

"She woke up so I decided to come and check on her." He said as I lifted her.

"Happy birthday princess." I kissed her on her forehead. "Is that all you did?" I asked with a raised brow.
