Pops is enjoying himself on a nice sunny day. "Oh, what a beautiful day!" He said. "It really is." Pops turns to see (Y/n) smiling at him. "Oh, hello (Y/n)! Care to go for a walk?" Pops asked, and she smiles. "Sure, pops." She said. The duo walk together. Pops hums to himself as he walks happily through the park. A mysterious figure darts behind him as they walk. Suddenly, the scene changes to a dark landscape with mountains in the distance. "Huh?" Pops asked anxiously. "What happened?" (Y/n) asked.

The duo slowly continue walking. The mysterious figure darts behind them again. "Wha—?" Pops whimpers, and they start running, pursued by the mysterious figure. They reach a mountain and are cornered. They turn to face the figure. "Excuse me, but do you have a minute to fill out this form with your name and address? " The mysterious figure points to a form attached to a clipboard.

Pops and the park workers are asleep on the Space Tree. Pops is levitating himself and the others in his sleep. Mordecai and Rigby wake up with a gasp and float over to Pops. "Not again!" They begin shaking Pops awake. "Pops!" Mordecai shouted. "Wake up!" Pops wakes up, causing him to drop everyone to the ground with a crash. "What's going on?!" Pops asked. "You were levitating stuff in your sleep." Mordecai said. "I was?" Pops asked. "Yeah, like that time in the observatory?" Rigby asked. "Oh my, I don't remember doing that at all." Pops said.

Eileen puts on her glasses. "Well, what do you remember from your dream?" She asked. "It was an awful nightmare, there was this wretched creature. He wanted to know where (Y/n) and I live. Oh, it was terrible, I can't have that dream again!" Pops shouted, and the duo's eyes widen at the mention of their best friend. "(Y/n)? Did you just say (Y/n)?" Mordecai asked. "She was in your dream?" Rigby asked, and Pops nods. "Oh yes! We were taking a walk together before things got scary." Pops said.

The duo look at each other worriedly. A few minutes later, (Y/n) groans as she walks into the room, and rubs her eyes. "Wow, you look terrible." Rigby said. "Yeah, did you get any sleep?" Mordecai asked, and (Y/n) shook her head. "No, not really." She said. "Why not?" Elieen asked. "Bad dream."  The duo tense at this. "What... what was your bad dream about, (Y/n)?" Rigby asked. "Um..." she rubs her eyes again. "I was on a walk with Pops, but then it suddenly got scary and this weird alien creature came and..." she said, and the duo gasped.

"But that was my dream!" (Y/n)'s eyes widen in shock, then she turns to Pops. "Wait, seriously?" She asked, and Pops only nods. "You're kidding..." (Y/n) said. "I assure you I am not." Pops said. Mordecai and Rigby were still in shock. "No way..." Mordecai said. "You two had the same dream? How is that even possible?" Rigby asked worriedly. "I thought it was just a coincidence that you were in my dream last night. But if we both had the same one... I don't know. Maybe our dreams connected or something?" (Y/n) asked curiously. "But that's not even possible, (Y/n)." Elieen said. Pops and (Y/n) share a concerned glance. "Don't worry guys, we'll make sure you don't have any more nightmares." Mordecai said. Later at the Park Dome, (Y/n), Mordecai, Rigby and Pops are sitting in the living room of Pops' house.

"What are we doing back at the dome?" Pops asked. "We got two words for ya, Pops:" Rigby holds up first finger. "Car—" he holds up a second finger. "--toons." He said. "That's one word, Rigby." (Y/n) said. "Ooh, I like this idea." Pops said. "Yeah, we're gonna watch this old cartoon, Funky Wunky and the Groovy Gang." Mordecai said. "Oh, I love that show!" (Y/n) said. "The only nightmares you might get is from the bad animation." Rigby said, and (Y/n) snickers. "True." She said. Mordecai presses play. The characters from the cartoon are on a pirate ship. "We did it, Groovies. We found out that the ghost of Bluemont Cove is..." he pulls off the ghost mask from a person captured inside a large fishing net, revealing a man underneath. Everyone gasps. "Old Crotchety Elmer, the Lighthouse Keeper!" They shouted.

"That's right, there's gold in these waters, and I would've made millions if it weren't for you groovy kids." He said. " It's "'roovy 'rang"!" Wunky said. "Oh, Wunky!" The characters laugh. "And like, we couldn't have done it without the help of the '76 starting line-up of the Oklahoma Mud Pigeons." Alfie said. "Don't mention it, Alfie. Hey Wunky, go long!" The Oklahoma Mud Pigeon throws the ball. Wunky chases the ball. "R'I got it!" He crashes into a wooden beam." He said. "Oh, Wunky!" Everyone laughs.
