The ninja are in the Temple of Light. Shade met up with them and hugged his mom and Lloyd tightly.
"Mom, will she be okay?"
(Name) looks over Melissa's body.
"I'm not sure. My sister might know. I'll go get her." "How will you get there?" "I'll head home and bring her here or I could take Melissa there and stay there till she's better." "Do what you think is best (Name)."
She nods to Garmadon and picks up Melissa. She shadowed away and returned home with magic.
"I can't do this alone anymore. As long as I have all this power, they'll never stop coming for me. Melissa can't protect me anymore."
Lloyd wore a slight frown.
"From here on out, we can't let anything separate us again." "He's right." "Absolutely." "Let's do this."
Lloyd strikes the bell, giving the ninja their powers back. Shade felt his powers were gone... this worried him.
"The Elemental Power, it's inside us." "Fire!" "Haha, anyone shocked to see me do this, huh?" "No dirt off my shoulder." "Chill out."
The ninja spoke, using their powers a little. Lloyd noticed his brother's worried look.
"What wrong bro?" "My powers, there gone. I had to run here. When Melissa lost her powers, it must have affected me." "Positive. We'll have to wait till mom returns."
Shade nods.
"Foolishness. This decision puts everyone in jeopardy." "But it was your son's decision to make." "The young take too many risks. They should listen to their fathers." "Or perhaps the one who raised them." "She is not here for that now. I wish she was. I should've chosen her long ago." "Without risks, they'll never know how far they'll truly go. Have faith, brother. We will catch Pythor and find Borg. Maybe then you'll rest easier." "As the protectors of this land, we don't have the luxury of taking a rest."

OverBorg returns after building Arcturus.
"Pythor, my drones are starting to ask questions. You say this is the Overlord's plan, yet we have not seen him." "No. He's, uh, consumed at the moment."
Baigujing chuckles a little. He watched from a window.
"This is an ambitious undertaking. If we find out you are pretending he's alive only to use us, you will pay dearly." "The Overlord will reveal himself when he chooses to. May I remind you, you can always be reprogrammed."
He leaves and throws the Overlord up.
"The Nindroids are impatient. They doubt your existence." "They mustn't see me in my weakened state. If the ninja hadn't interrupted the transference, I wouldn't look like this. Not...not to worry. Soon, I will be strong. And soon, we will finish Project Arcturus." "Forgive my ambivalence. It's just that this plan. It's...it's—" "It's the only way I can become the Silver Master. With news of Melissa giving away her powers, there's no use hunting her or Lloyd anymore."
