Shade got out of his disguise and hid nearby and out of sight.

The ninja are still trapped in Delta V.
"These bugs just keep coming. We are going nowhere." "Nya, there's no way we're getting off this planet. Any last words, my darling?" "I'll get us out of here."
Lloyd summons his golden dragon.
"How will you keep your focus long enough to get back?" "He could keep his girlfriend in his head and focus on that." "Melissa is not my girlfriend!"
Lloyd yells with a bright red face.
"Calculating chances of that working..." "Well Zane?" "Complete. Chances of that working are 60%" "Good enough, right?" "No, we can't risk it."
Lloyd de-summons his dragon.
"They've returned with the Golden Weapons. It's only a matter of time. I will tell Shade to do his best to distract them." "Search for the power within, then realize the greatness within each other." "He's right. We can get off this planet." "No one happens to have a build-your-own-rocket-kit handy, do they?" "Whoa. That's it!" "You have a build-your-own-rocket-kit?" "No, but we can make one. Arcturus may not fly, but she'll give us all the metal we need. And Zane knows this solar system better than anyone." "And Kai's Fire could weld the missing parts." "Cole's manpower could do all the heavy lifting." "Jay has enough electricity and nerd knowledge to make a halfway believable spacecraft."
It only took them an hour and a half to build a makeshift rocket ship.
"Haha. Hey! Hey. This could actually work." "Let's fire this thing up and see if she'll fly." "Boosters?" "Check." "Electronics?" "Check." "Navigation?" "Check." "How are we holding together?" "Bubblegum and a wish." "Let's go home fellas."
Lloyd fires off the ship into space.
"They have lift off!"
Nay says as she, Garmadon, Wu and P.I.X.A.L. cheer.

"What is this now? Hasn't Ninjago suffered enough already?" "I was trapped in Lord Garmadon, then I was trapped in the Digiverse. Now I am free! Bow to your Golden Master!" "YEAH RIGHT!!!"
Shade jumps from his hiding spot and kicks the Overlord, but sadly the Overlord grabbed him. Shade, now hanging upside down tied up by golden strings, was angry.
"OH COME ON!!!!"
