Eshani

My mother's call shook me to the core. I was happy about Adhira, she is my best friend but when she told me about the engagement I was preparing for all the answers I have to give.

How unlucky could I be that I can't even be genuinely happy for my friends? The worst part is that Agastya heard all of that and his anger didn't quite got settled even after the ice bath he took this morning.

We are sitting inside a jet- his private jet, Inder Kaka would head towards Rajasthan and we would go to my home first so Inder kaka asked us to go without him. Agastya took me in a private jet, I have mostly travelled in economic class and that too when I saved money.

My parents never knew about foreign country stays until now and I had to answer their calls twice a day for all this time. The jet had a cozy interior which was completely different from how it looked from the outside. The seats were cream colored and the windows displayed the beautiful sky.

The red-orange sky along with the sunrise and light grey clouds slowly disappearing made my part my lips in awe. I squeezed the cup that had some warm cinnamon tea and sipped from it. The pilot was handling the jet so smoothly, it felt like we weren't even moving.

The only thing that bugs me is the tight shapewear and the large cotton cloth covering my breasts.

Maintaining the B-cups, remember?

Agastya was seated comfortably in front of me. His hair flowing softly, Lavender Henley hugging his body. I noticed he didn't touch a single item placed on the table, a frown was there on his forehead.

"Why the salty face?" He has been like this since morning when I dressed up into this red kurti and black pajamas, managing to hide my real body.

He matched his eyes with mine and then looked away, his jaw clenched. A sigh left me and I settled besides him.

"Agastya what happened?" His gaze fell on my tea mug, a red lip imprinted on it. These so called smudge-proof lipsticks never fulfil their claims!

"Why are you dressed like a doll kept in museum?" He looked at my ring like it was nothing but a prison for me.

"It is just for the show."

"With your own parents?" He finally looked at me, his gaze dropping to my lips and then at my chest. "You can't even breathe Eshani."

I know he is not talking about the compulsory process of inhaling and exhaling, he is talking about something else, something that I couldn't dream of under the same roof as my parents.

I smiled which made his eyes darker. "They are my parents Agastya." I couldn't keep up the smile for long because his face was as moveable as a rock.

"You know the first time I saw you." He stopped a small fuck slid out from his lips as he pinched the middle of his thick eyebrows. Every time I see the cut on his eyebrows, I feel like caressing it.

"The first time you saw me?" It was when I spilled the coffee on myself right?

His head rested on the cozy couch as he find something on the ceiling. "Lime yellow top, a cheerful smile, no worries of outer world." He sighed and I was staring him without blinking. "and messed up everyone's order if it was not sweet enough." A sarcastic smile leaves his lips. "I was this close to find someone who was true to themselves."

"It was being a rebel."

"It was being an individual." he snapped.

"They are my parents."
