I used to fall into your arms not so long ago
Leave me feeling so neglected and prone
Your vacant touch it jades me
Brings us to a place of convoluted fading
I do not want to let you go
There is no place I can call my home
Leave me feeling empty and all alone
Your empty stares they tease me
Brings me to a state of failing peace plead
I sit upon an empty throne
Our darkness is just beyond the moon...
Let your body take me
Let your touch embrace me
I cannot refrain from your taste
Please do not deny me
I would let you defile me
If we could go back to the way things were
You let me hold you not so long ago
It let me feel something I have never known
Your vibrant smile it saved me
I had never felt so far from failing
Do you need to go?
We will always be under the same sky
I will love you until the day I die
When I look to the moon
It reminds me of my mistakes
But most importantly it reminds me of you.
Our darkness is just beyond the moon..
