How do I tell her she's no longer just a friend?
How do I tell her she's becoming the reason I want to love again?
How do I tell her any of this? Not just how; but when?
How do I tell her that I'm a little scared this is a place I've already been?
And last time it didn't end so kind...
How do I tell her that she makes me feel like I'm losing my mind?
But I don't mind it's even kind of nice.
The way she makes me feel ok;
Is just enough for me today!
I don't want to put my heart out there
But she's making it so hard to fair
And I don't want to make a fool out of myself
But I don't wanna loose this chance for myself
I know she can't be mine
I know she holds another's love above mine
But I know the way she begs
And I know the things she puts inside my head
How do I tell her she' becoming the reason I can tolerate the light?
How do I tell her she' becoming the reason I can finally sleep at night?
How do I tell her she's becoming the reason I want to make love instead of fight?
How do I tell her as long as she is in my arms I feel everything will be alright?
Is she gonna rip my heart out
And hold it over my head?
She's got me thinking;
This is a girl I could share my name with
I know she can't be mine
I wish she would give me a sign
She knows she don't have to beg
You can find me between her legs
I know she can't be mine
I know she holds another's love above mine
But I know the way she begs
And I know the things she puts inside my head
How do I tell her that I need her now?
How do I tell her that I don't know how
To be what I wish I could be for her now...
