Chapter 3

"Cloud! Pasa dito!"--hiyaw ni Liah sakin so i passed the ball to her while running to our court then she passed it back to me at tinira ko na iyon for a perimeter shot.

"Santos for two--and its in! Another shot executed by Santos everyone!"--announcer

its our 3rd game for the Sports Camp in our Region with other private universities.

"Last 13 seconds for the last quarter!" the announcer says

the other team has the ball

"Santos again for the steal and takes the shot! and for a lay-up----Its in again! and Its a win for SJU!"

I'm still catching my breath as I wipe my sweat. Tumitig ako sa scoreboard then smiled.

2 more games to go until camp is over and we're in the semi-finals.

"Grabe Cloud! Parang di napapagod ah! Inspired yan? AHAHAHA!"--asar ng ibang teammates ko sakin

I smiled at them

"Bawal ba?"--I responded as they tease me more

"Oh my gahd! ang galing mo!!!"--I heard a familiar voice a bit far from me. i smiled once more as I looked at her. There she is, Samantha.

She ran to me then inabutan ako ng water and a clean towel.

"Thanks--?"-i I responded to her action

"Ayan na nga. Nabalewala na tayo."--asar padin ng mga teammates ko sakin. I laughed.

"So you don't have another game? Seems like you're free to watch me play."-- I asked Sam

"Mamayang 6pm pa daw game namin eh. Edi pinanood muna kita. Bawal ba ha?"--she asked me in her nanggigigil na boses. I smiled at her reaction.

This is Samantha--you can call her Sam. We're on the stage of talking--if there is such thing. She's a volleyball player, almost the same height as me. She has a straight hair reaching her waist, has big eyes, pretty brows, and she's petite. A lot of guys like her but I guess she's not really into guys.

"Grace, lutang ka nanaman. Tara na. kain tayo! My treat since nanalo kayo. Pag mananalo kami later, libre mo ako ha?"--Sam. She calls me Amy. Ayaw daw niya ng may kaparehas ng tawag sakin so--yeah, I just agreed.

I nodded then we went out to the gym and went inside her car. She handed me a shirt.

"Get changed. Basang basa ka."--her

I took off my jersey and sando then wiped my upper body with the towel she gave kanina bago nagsuot ng shirt. We have the same size, the difference is just that I'm taller than her.

"I'm free later. I can watch."--i told her as lock the seatbelt

"Talaga? Ohmygahd! Buti naman."--she replied clapping her hands.

"You're not going to get changed? You're still in your training attire. "--me

"Ok lang. kakain lang naman tayo at nagpalit naman ako kanina. Di naman ako masyadong pinagpawisan. Saglit lang kami nagtraining since may laro kami mamaya."--Sam

We drove off to the cafeteria then went inside.

Its the 3rd day of our Sports Camp. This camp is usually held once a year. Asa isa kaming Sports campsite away from our schools and all in all we are 5 private schools sa province. Its like a camp with training and competition played between the 5 schools. In sports, I think esports are also held here.
