I watched from the side of the bed, as Aegons eyes slowly opened, his eyes went straight to me, as I stood there, with tears in my eyes, smiling at him. He also had tears in his. His eyes slowly went down to my stomach, the little bump showing through my nightgown. His burnt hand slowly touching it. I laughed a little through my sadness.
" I thought you were going to die, I tried to get to you as fast as I could. But it was too late. I was too late to save you. I can't imagine a life where you're not in it. This life is pointless without you." I cried as I sat back down next to him.
" I love you." He gritted his words cause the pain.
" I love you."
" Come here. Come lay next to me. " He nodded toward the other side of the bed.
" I don't want to hurt you."
" Please."
I moved to the other side and climbed in, lying next to his good side. I smiled softly being comforted that I was next to him.
" Rest, I will be here when you wake up." I softly spoke.
" Kiss me."
I turned to look at him, as he looked at me then away. I smiled and kissed his lips softly.
" I am ugly now."
" No you're not, you're still flawless to me, always, now sleep." I said, shushing him.

" Do you think we will be best friends forever?" I asked as we sat in the gardens, reading.

" What if fate changes it?"

I hugged him as he carried me through the castle, as my brothers followed behind, not understanding why, I get to be carried, and they have to walk. But Uncle Aegon loves me more than anyone.
