" Some say the world will end in fire, some say ice. From what I've tasted of, I hold with those who favor fire." - Robert Frost.

I took a bath, but the water burned my skin, I didn't mind. It was like cleansing me. I sat there, in the bath alone, in my thoughts. Remembering Aegons face and every word he said. It couldn't make me better. But in some way it gave me hope.

He left as soon as he came, a council meeting was called, and I got tired of looking like death and feeling like it too. But my thoughts were soon interrupted. Aegon walked in and I covered myself. He looked at me, then turned his back, not facing me.

" I'd like for you to join me, in the council room."

" Why, would you want me there?"

" Thoughts on certain matters?"

" I will come but my thoughts are my own."

" I will wait out here for you my darling."

I finished up, getting dressed. I didn't bother putting on shoes, but Aegon waited outside the door, like he said he would. It comforted me in a way.

He turned and smiled at me. Holding out his arm, which I flinched when he moved his arm, his smile dropped. But I took it nonetheless. He was my only friend here.

" I will never hurt you again."

I shrugged my shoulders. " We are destined to be together, by fire."

It was true, my grandfather would say it all the time before he turned into nothing. Like everything else in this kingdom. What Aegon did wasn't right, and I won't ever forget and understand that, but in this moment, we were stuck here together and we would be stuck here forever.

We walked into the council room, and dread washed over me, Aemond looked shocked. Otto rolled his eyes and Alicent, didn't even bother to look out. Time will truly wear her down. It has begun.

" She shouldn't be here, she's the enemy." One man spat out. Before Aegon could talk or speak any words. Aemond beat him to it.

" She is a princess and she can go wherever she wants, so mind your tongue or I will have it cut out." He spat out. The man said nothing. I just smiled grateful.

I sat down behind Aegon, not at the table, but I could listen in. I didn't want to sit at the table anyways. It made me uncomfortable. Until my name was brought up.

" Why not use Visenya as leverage." The same man spoke before. I rolled my eyes.

" No." Aegon spoke in a bored tone. Then turned around and looked at me. I looked down.

Then Larys spoke up, " He might be right, she is a prize and a precious jewel toward her mother."

Aegon titled his head slightly, looking at him as he stood in the corner. Aegon slowly stood up and walked toward him.

" She will not be touched, she belongs to me

" She will not be touched, she belongs to me. Let's give her mother you, I'm sure they would have great use for you." He spat out.

I stood up, and everyone turned to face me, even Aegon. " I will be in the library" with that I rushed off.

I walked in the library, and opened the windows, feeling the sun and breeze sweep in. This home has became dark, and gloomy. It was nice for some light. I stood there, letting the sun hit me. The door opened, as I turned, it was Aegon.

" Are you alright?" He looked, walking over to me.

I shook my head, " I am okay."

" You know, I wouldn't let anyone hurt you."

I just shook my head again at him. He slowly walked closer to me.

I looked at him, as much as I could hate him, he was pretty when he was sad. Before I could understand what I was doing. I leaned in, pressing my lips against his.

He stood frozen. I leaned back, unsure what to do. Did he not want to kiss me. He opened his eyes, and his eyes slowly looked at me, then down to my lips. He smiled, grabbing me by my waist, pulling me toward him.

He kissed me again, this time, with passion. My hands went to his hair, pulling on it. If I was to die, I want to feel every experience I could in anyway possible with him.

He pulled away, pressing his head against mine. " You are my light."

" You're my dark."

We held each other together in the sunlight, staring at each other, remembering every single detail.
