Travis' POV

Taylor's face flooded into a mask of panic at the news, but Jason was out of the room before we could properly react. I sat back in my chair, processing the information. I knew we had top of the line doctors and technology to take care of Kylie and the baby, and thirty two weeks wasn't dangerously early, but it was still two months too soon.

"Shit." Taylor whispered, pushing the blankets off her legs.

"No." I grabbed her hand. "Tiger, you have to stay in bed."

"No, Travis I..." Taylor took her hand out of mine and then looked down, her eyes landing on the dusty gold ring that lay on her fourth finger, carved with the diamond nestled on top. "Wh..." She touched the diamond. "What is this?" God, of course. The trauma had caused her to forget things.

"Tiger." I placed my hand on her leg.

"Travis, what is this?" Taylor looked up at me, obviously starting to panic. Her breathing sped, chest heaving. "Travis." She begged.

"Shh, just breathe Tiger." I soothed, and Taylor sucked in a deep breath. "Look." I said gently. I knew how scared she probably was to see a ring on her finger without knowing how it had got there. "Tiger, just before you passed out I asked you to marry me. It was on the spot and insane but I couldn't stand the thought of not having life without you so I just asked you to marry me right there in the middle of all that blood."

"Oh." Taylor breathed. "I...I guess I said yes huh?"

"You did." I squeezed her thigh. "But if you don't remember and you're scared of this right now you can take that ring off and I'll keep it safe until you want me to give it to you again."

"No!" Taylor pulled her left hand to her chest. "No." She whispered. "No I want to keep it. I might not remember saying yes but you best believe I'm going to marry you Travis Kelce."

I smiled, leaning in, and Taylor smashed her lips against mine in a desperate, needy kiss. She wound her arms around my neck and pulled me onto the bed with her, clutching me close like she couldn't stand to ever let me go again. I placed my hand on her waist, careful of the bandage over her ribs as I kissed her back. My fiancé. My girl. My forever.

"Shit." Taylor breathed, pulling back. "Travis, we should go and see Kylie."

"Baby girl you can't get up." I told her firmly. Taylor's jaw clenched and she lifted her chin defiantly. "Oh no, don't do that." I groaned.

"I am getting up." She said sternly, determined. "And I am going to Kylie because she is having a baby right now and that baby is coming two months early. Do not tell me what I can or cannot do when there's someone I love involved, let alone a baby." With that, Taylor swung her legs out of bed and heaved herself to her feet. One of her hands clutched her side as she limped around to the end of the bed and I grabbed her.

"At least let me help." I sighed, and Taylor nodded, draping an arm over my shoulder. I wrapped one of mine around her waist and took as much as her weight as I could as I walked her from the little room, down to where there was a huge commotion in another.

When we walked in, I saw Kylie on the bed, sitting back with her hand tightly in Jason's. She was hooked up to machines, heartbeats beeping along in lines that rose and fell. One of our doctors was hovering, lips pressed tightly together.

"Ky." Taylor whispered, and Kylie looked up.

"Hi." She said weakly.

"Oh god." Taylor limped forwards, pushing out of my arms and half collapsing down against the side of the bed where Kylie lay. "Hey, hey." She took Kylie's other hand, and to my surprise Kylie clutched Taylor tightly.
