The office was buzzing with excitement as the day of the secretary interviews arrived. Tay, the CEO, was dressed immaculately, as always-his sharp suit hugging his broad shoulders, hair perfectly styled, and that commanding presence radiating from him. His confidence was undeniable, but today, something else lingered in the air. Tay could sense it the moment he stepped out of their car with New by his side.

New, or as Tay affectionately called him, Hin, had been in a particularly quiet mood this morning Tay noticed the little signs-Hin was a bit more clingy than usual, holding his hand a little tighter, giving him longer looks as they got ready. And Tay knew exactly why.

The interviews. Specifically, the female candidates.

Tay smirked to himself as he adjusted his tie in the mirror of his office. He had eyes only for New, but he couldn't deny that the attention he often received from others-especially women in the office-would make New's temper flare. Hin, despite his sweet and kind nature, could be incredibly possessive. Tay found it adorable. He loved that side of New, the fire that sparked in his eyes when he felt threatened by someone else's flirtations. And today was no different.

New stood a few steps away, watching Tay's reflection as he prepared. There was a subtle frown on his face, his lips slightly pursed as he saw how good Tay looked, how his husband seemed to shine in the spotlight. New's jealousy, though unspoken, was written all over his face.

"Tay," New muttered under his breath, folding his arms as he leaned against the doorframe. "Do you really have to look this good today?"

Tay grinned, glancing at him with a playful glint in his eye. "Of course, Hin. Can't be looking like a mess in front of the new candidates, can 1?"

New narrowed his eyes slightly, his jealousy bubbling just beneath the surface. "You know exactly what you're doing."

Tay chuckled softly and walked over to New, pulling him into his arms and pressing a gentle kiss on his forehead. "You have nothing to worry about, Hin. You're the only one I care about. You know that."

New huffed slightly, but his heart softened at Tay's words. Still, the idea of these women coming into Tay's office and trying to catch his attention made his stomach churn. It wasn't that he didn't trust Tay-he trusted him with everything--but that didn't mean he was going to just sit back and let anyone else try to flirt with his husband,.

The first few interviews went smoothly enough, though Tay could feel New's eyes boring into the back of his head the entire time. The candidates, mostly women, were professional and polite, though some made more of an effort to be overly friendly, flashing smiles and batting their eyelashes. Tay kept his responses short and business-like, ignoring the flirtatious undertones He wasn't interested, and he didn't have to look back to know that New was watching closely, probably glaring at anyone who smiled a little too widely

But then, the last candidate walked in.

She was young, confident, and determined to make an impression. From the moment she stepped into the room, it was clear that she wasn't just here for the job--she was here for Tay's attention. She moved with purpose, her eyes locked on Tay as she introduced herself, sitting down in front of him with a smile that lingered just a little too long.

New, sitting on the side as a silent observer, clenched his jaw. He tried to remain calm, but as the interview went on, the woman's advances became more obvious. She leaned forward slightly, her voice dropping into a soft, sultry tone as she spoke. She tossed her hair over her shoulder, laughing a little too sweetly at every word Tay said, and at one point, she even touched Tay's hand, pretending it was accidental.
