Ava's pov
I found myself staring out the window a lot during school today. Eleazar never came home but Abby wasn't too worried she said it was normal sometimes. And if he wasn't home neither was Anne. The twins weren't talking to me at all.
Sebastian and I didn't even sleep in the same room last night. I don't know what it was that made me so angry... was it just knowing he'd slept with someone else? His version of me was long passed. And I definitely wasn't Sebastian's first time all the way back in school.
Usually stuff like that never made me angry or jealous... so why did it with her?
Maybe that's why the twins weren't talking to me. Because I didn't kick her out like they all wanted. I was afraid that if I was mean it would put a wedge between Sebastian and I but it happened anyway.
And maybe I jumped the wand and Sebastian would get mad at me anyway. I just... can't believe he didn't hear me calling for help... maybe he needs his ears checked...
There was a knock at my classroom door and when I looked up Albus was holding a folder, "you asked for these?"
"My children's grades?"
He smiled and walked up to me, "what's wrong?" He asked right away.
"Is there a Wolf family in this world?" I asked as I leaned back in my chair.
He thought for a moment. Probably going through each family, "not that I'm familiar with, why?"
"A woman appeared from Sebastian's old world, her name is Evelin Wolf... something is really weird about her."
"It's not just because it's a woman who has a past with Mr. Sallow?" He sat on the edge of the desk in front of me.
"It's a bit of that... but I touched her hand yesterday and it sent a chill through out my whole body." I ran my fingers through my hair, "Professor Fig would know what to do..."
Albus cocked his head to the side, "don't you know a fig?"

Next thing I knew I was knocking on a front door as a red doorway closed behind me. I hadn't been here in a few years... I wonder if she'd remember me.
The door opened by Ro was not standing there.... Or Sebastian. I looked down as a little face peeked out, "I feel like you aren't supposed open the door,"
"Mum taught me how to defend myself," Lucy said in a small voice.
"Well, even if she did... what if someone is stronger?"
"No one is stronger than me," she stated flatly.
"Oh,"
"Lucy, we can go outside later, your studies are important too... Ava?" Ro walked up. "What are you doing here?"
"I need a Fig..."
She smiled and opened the door more, "something i happen to be, come in."
We sat on the couch talking while Lucy did her lessons. Every once in a while Lucy would ask me for the meaning of a French word before going back to reading.
"I hate her," Ro said as I finished.
"Well... not exactly the advice I was hoping for." I admitted as I put down my coffee.
"No my father would probably hate her too,"
"Alright..." I said, defeated.
"Just send her ass home," Ro covered Lucy's ears every time she cursed. Lucy seemed totally unfazed by it. "Honestly. I'm proud of you for holding up for this long but she seems like bad news. I especially hate the part where she sits at your seat!"
